Diet plans that worked for you!? -

Hey! I was wondering what kind of weight loss programs worked for you. I love to work out and so so daily, but notice that I need to reevaluate some of my eating habits. I just wanted to hear about others weight loss success s and how the accomplished it. Thanks!!!

Hi-Well I just lost 92 pounds!! I took me a year and a half. So there is no quick solution that s healthy. I actually just subscribed to a free online calorie calculator and journal. If you keep a journal you actually realize that you eat more or less than you actually should. But what I did is, I have dieted so many times and after I loose the weight it always came back so i did it a little different. I dieted Monday through Friday with only eating 1800 calories. (Of course you eat more or less for your body type) Then on Saturday and Sunday I ate whatever I wanted. That s probably why it took a little longer, but I have not gained 1 pound back in over a year. It was really nice too, because you could eat pizza and cake on weekends, the more you deprive yourself the more you crave it or binge eat and then you ll put it back on. Good Luck to you!!!

eat what you eat now but cut everything in half it works

try being vegetarian or vegandon t drink any kind of pop or drink with calories either

Will i be skinnier by then? -

i am starting my own little weight loss program at home. i am going to do the collection of 8 minute workouts tht i got from youtube. i am going to eat smaller portioned meals, drink green tea, and get outside more for walks and swimming and bike rides and stuff. i am goin to a concert in august (3rd) and i would not only like to look better for tht but also for school, starting in early september. i have a lot of toning to do. i am 14 years old and weigh about 165 (=P). how mych weight do you think i will lose(or sizes) by august/ school? will i look better? if i stick to thiss?

i think this will help alot. im not sure how tall you are so im not sure how much weight you should lose. but if you stick to this diet (and drink lots of water! that helps keep you metabolism going and your body burning fat) then i think you can lose maybe 10- 20 pounds. you will probably lose about 1-2 pounds a week. you should count calories to really help you know how much to lose. try eating less than 2000 a day and with the workout plan you will definately lose alot. one summer i was 183 and by the time i went back to school i was 160. but i worked hard all summer and made sure i kept away from fast food. if i can do it you can! good luck!ps check out this website to help you lose weight. its a free how to website for weightloss, you can figure out how many calories you burn for each 8 minute workout and you can find out how many calories are in the different foods you eat. also it can teach you what foods are good and which ones arent so good.www.caloriesperhour.com

yes it will help a lot!!!

hell ya you ll be much shinner than if u keep all that stuff up ull look like Be oncye.but dont try to get to small people die doin that

How do i lose weight using the treadmill? -

i have started going to the gym regularly , but everytime i get on the treadmill, it asks me if i want to do manual or fat loss, if i choose fat loss it prompts me to walk and calories burn slower, also i learnt from someone that to lose weight you have 2 be at 65% INTENSITY to maintain a proper heart rate, so i was wondering if weight loss program is actually more effective for losing weight than jus plain old running...??

You need to do both. The amount you lose in weight depends on whether you burn more calories than you take in. The amount you burn is a combination of calories burned through exercise and calories that you burn doing nothing--called your resting metabolism rate. The best way to raise your resting metabolism is to do weight training:squats, push-ups, sit-ups. The treadmill is a ood way to burn calories. You actually burn more fat if you exercise moderately, so that you won t lose your breath. This keeps the exercise aerobic as opposed to anaerobic.

I always do quick start and walk/run. I personally think that running is the best thing to lose some weight. You can also try to increase the incline while you are walking to make it harder and work yur legs more

Speed walking is the best. It gets your heart rate up and isn t bad on your knees.
