How to lose weight? -

ok, i am 15 and i have a belly. i want to go on a diet just for a little bit and keep eating good foods. now, i use home for exercise. this is my plan:diet: special k cereal, Yoplait: light(blue lid), water, FRESH fruits and veggies.exercise: jump rope for 10 minutes a day ( that is cardio: works out whole body) gym( at school, three days a week)P.S. my waist is 37, im 132 lbs. 5 foot 3 inches, and 15 years old. pretty much i have to lose 10 lbs. how long will this take with this plan?to be specific with diet...here:b-fast: 3/4 c. special k cereal w/ slim milk. glass of water, 1/4 c. fresh fruit (or yoplait: light yogurt)lunch: 1 c. fruits or veggies with some brown rice (about 1/4 c.) milk, or water, and some yogurt.dinner: HEALTHY and FRESH pasta salad, NO BAD DRESSINGS!!! milk or water, yogurt or 1/2 c. fruit.

If u are working on ur belly then do some crunches...If u are watching ur weight, make sure u do it in a healthy way... Make sure you eat 5-7 meals a day.

you re going to need more exercise lol gym is hardly anything i would jump rope longer or maybe crunches or running.

im looking for diet plans on how to lose weight if anyone knows any. I want to lose like 20 pounds in 3-5 days if possible. Excuse me, but WHAT??? 20 pounds in 3-5 days? It certainly didn t take you that short amount of time to put that weight on, and it can never come off that quickly, sorry.The best (and only healthy) way to lose weight is to decrease the amount of food you eat and increase the amount of exercise. In other words, eat less, move more.It would be very helpful and healthful for you if you ate HEALTHY foods (lean protein, lots of veggies, whole grains, fruit, skim milk and water). You should measure your servings, and stick to the recommended servings on the label. Usually a serving of lean protein is about 3 oz. of chicken breast (not an entire breast unless it s small), or 3 oz or tuna or turkey. Stay away from pork and beef. You should have 2-3 servings per day of LEAN protein.4 servings (or 5 if you re male) of whole grain carbohydrates, like 12 grain bread (the crunchier the better...and it tastes good without butter!!), brown rice, oatmeal. Be sure and measure. Keep carb servings to ONE per meal, and perhaps one snack per day.2-3 servings of fruit (measure 1/2 c. usually is a serving, or a whole peach or a small apple)VEGGIES...all you want, but limit avocado...it s got a lot of good fat...but is high in calories (peas and corn are grains, not veggies, so count them in your carbs)2 servings of skim milk (1 c. each...) or fat free yogurt or cottage cheeseSTAY AWAY FROM REGULAR CHEESE! Okay i am 13, 5 4 , and 120 pounds. I have a belly, and i would like to get a flat stomach by the end of the school year for summer. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thx!

your just a kid which means your metabolism is high so lucky for you, you wont have to do much. First off you must know that only doing situps will not effect your stomach. Fat loss is associated on a whole body level. So if you want to lose the fat that is on your stomach then your best bet is to either start running frequently or start swimming frequently (the top two cardio fat burning exercises) and cut your eating down by a few hundred calories. this will then cause your whole body to lose fat which will then decrease the fat in your stomach.NOTE: it is impossible to just target fat loss in 1 specefic area. the body does not work like that.

At 13 you haven t hit your growth spurt yet, 120 at 5 4 is a normal, slim weight. Once puberty really gets going your waist will slim down and the weight will re-distribute itself as you get taller and change shape.It isn t a good idea to diet at 13 you need proper nutrition and most diets don t allow for the proper amount of nutrients you need to be healthy. Eat healthy foods every day and save the unhealthy ones for once in a while enjoy outdoor activities and your body will take care of itself :)Cheers!

Hello i was wondering if anyone knew some tips on how to lose weight? ive been struggling alot? -

ive been getting discouraged because i have not been seing results fast...i guess im impatient and i have to deal with that my self currently weight aproximatley 250 pounds =( also i have a member ship to superfitness (3 years!) so does anyone one know some good machines to use such as like treadmill,bike etc etc i will greatly apreciate some help... thanks to all that attempt to help me

Don t eat! Just kidding. I lost 30lbs. in the span of 3 months and this is what worked for me. A change in diet and the implementation of exercise is a must. I started the day with a breakfast high in fiber, say some kind of bran cereal. For lunch I had a sandwich of some sort, like a deli sandwich. Dinner was whatever I wanted with a reduction in portion size. Now here was the key for me at least. I exercised at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and more aerobic then strength training. 30 minutes is nothing in the grand scheme of things. I m telling ya, it will melt away if you do this, but be patient at first. I remember being discouraged at first too.

I ve never been happy with health clubs as a way to lose weight. You need to get into something more active (and interactive). I d rather walk three miles around town than do three miles on a treadmill...ditto for riding a bike.Last summer I took up roller skating (after not having been on skates for 30 years)...I was losing 1.5 to 2 pounds a week skating for an hour twice a week. I also cut back on what I was eating at the same time....something hard for me to do because I love pizza, taco bell, burger king, etc.... you should eat at least 4-5 meals a day.drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs also help when trying to lose weight.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, crunches, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

If your only 13 don t take any pills.Your probably to young for most.I m only almost 15 ;but i d say that since your still growing and stuff the best you can do it just eat healthier , drink lots of water , exercise any way , and maybe lifting weights are something would be an easy help, since you want to lose the weight in your arms. Just don t loose everything, that would be bad. Don t think that way and become very very skinny. Lol, Okay. That s the best I can say. 3 Good luck with it! :D

honey you re 13.You re still growing and NEED extra fat so you can grow.Like, if you start dieting now you ll most likely not be healthy later on.Just eat healthy and exercise; nothing crazy because you don t need it.

Ill tell you what most people will tell you, drink lots of water, exercise and eat healthier foods. Also, don t eat as much, lol.?

Eat only fruits and vegetables and things like wraps that only have vegetables but are also low in fat. Do a lot of crunches. And dont eat too much
