Weight loss tips before my drill team? -

I am 15 years old and I have gained a fair amount of weight this summer. I am a dancer on my high school drill team and I have got to get in shape before school. I weigh about 140, it varies around there. I am 5 4 also. I wanto be around 100 to 110. I would appreciate any tips you have for me. Please do not tell me it s not safe. I KNOW THAT! But hello, it s a drill team here. School starts in about two months but we start practicing in August. Please help me out here and give me anything you know. Thank you so much.

Well the first thing you should do is try to find the reason you starting gaining weight. I would guess its because in the summer most people get lazy and burn fewer calories while consuming more. The key to weigh lose is of course to eat healthy and exercise adequately. If you are eating enormous amounts of food you should cut back but I don t think you are. The amount of food your eating shouldn t be your concern. You need to look at what your eating. Fruits and vegetables are relativity low calorie but are very healthy. You also need protein from food like meat. If your a vegetarian, foods like nuts or peanut butter contain protein. Also drink lots of water. Avoid juice unless it is made with 100% fruit. Exercise is the second part of weigh lose. Any exercise will burn calories. Jogging burns a lot of calories but you can t jog as long as you can walk so its a matter of how much time you want to put in. If you have lots of time I would recommend walking for the most part to start with. If you have a dog its a good opportunity to give you both some exercise. Or if you have a treadmill you can put it near the TV or read while you walk. Another thing you might try is just getting out of the house and going places to avoid sitting around. Hope this helps. Good luck!

allright just run alot i lost 5 pound in one run i ran like 5 miles but just run every day like a mile or two and ull lose lots of pounds

Is udon soup (japanese, take-out) a healthy meal option, nutrition-wise? -

I like to get vegetable udon soup at the take-out japanese restaurant near me and I m wondering if it is a nutritionally good or bad meal option, in general (and why)? Can any nutrition experts/enthusiasts shed any light on this for me? Thanks!Note: not looking for weight loss tips, but specific nutritional info and insight for this specific dish/food.

Udon soup has the following:Total Fat 1.5g 2% Sat. Fat 0g 0% Trans Fat 0g Cholesterol 0mg 0% Sodium 660mg 28% Total Carbs. 37g 12% Dietary Fiber 3g 12% Sugars 5g Protein 8g Calcium 0mg + on a side note, Udon soup is delicious, light on your stomach, and the perfect food you can eat nutrion-wise. I should know, I love that soup!Qޥ`

WHAT WEIGHT LOSS TIPS CAN U GIVE ME ? -

For a job i have coming up i have to loose 20kgs yes 20kgs now first of all you need to know i dont eat much i eat 1-2 times a day I have a protein shake for breakfast i don t eat fried food i don t eat junk food i snack on sultanas all day and eat subway or something similar like baked chicken and vegetables for dinner haha.I m thinking i m going to have to live on yogurt i just find it so hard to loose weight nowadays i run 2-3 times a week i also do 2-3 weights sessions a weekhelpppppp me ahhhhhh

dont trust those links-they take yoour credit card numbers and use it to bill to some more-spammers i hate themeat healthy and try to run a little more- i run everyday see how many calories you burn each day and how many you eattry finding foods with not many calories

Best advice I can give you (I have recently lost 30lbs) is WATER!!!!2-3 litres per day. Don t know why but it really really helpsThe way I lost mine was a website called WeightlossresourcesThey have a totally free trial (no credit card details required) and it is a HUGE calorie database. It shows you how many calories you need per day to loose weight and is just brilliant. My friend on there has done 5 stone in a yrNot an advert or troll or bot or anything, I m serious. I have been overweight my whole life and tried every diet going and the above website is the only thing that has ever ever worked.

May be you do not need to lose weight. You can only lose fat. You seem to me to be a rather lean person with all that training and healthy life, so if you re lean, and have a lot of muscles, there is no way you could get to 20 kg less.

exercise regularly , take fat reducer , then u can try this : add honey and lime in hot water in empty stomach.

Best weight loss tips/skin ? -

Any weight-loss tips or ideas? Please don t say exercising, I m starting this week.Any skin tips? I don t have acne, but I used to so i have kind of dark dots on my face..it s not that bad but does anyone know how to make them go away? Also, tanning ideas? Best self tanner or bronzer? Best tanning oil?I have olive skin.

what ever you do. dont skip meals.you are better off eating 4 small healthy meals than 1 or 2 big ones.if your starts to think its going to starve it goes into storage mode. so when you do actually eat it saves it all up and you dont lose weight.

Just keep eating alot of food, like KFC. Macdonalds and whatever food that have alot of fat oil contain in it. I bet you ll look great if you 90kg.
