What is the best exercise to lose weight fast? -

i want to lose 5kgs in a month and i m wondering what is the best exercise to lose weight fast?any tips? (optional)thankz alot 10 points for best answer

Exercise is a lifelong commitment..if you wanna exercise just to lose weight,then DONT bother doing it...to lose weight,you must lose ONLY fat,NOT muscle or water weight,so Change your lifestyle for good by working out often(always mix cardio and toning/resistance exercises) and eat 5-7 small healthy but balanced meals a day...drink enough water and stick with this your whole life so that whatever weight that comes off will stay off...God bless you

well first replace any drinks with water! this helps more than you know. start your day with 15 push ups and 15 sit ups. then do a little running to kill some calories. throughout the day get as much movement as possible. take the stairs. walk to the store. if you have a food craving, cold water sepress the feeling. gradually work your way up to 30-35 push ups and crunches everyday. add a push up and sit up every day.you lll get better at it. you can still have things like chicken. try grilling your chicken and add a nice salad under it with some healthy dressingg. ranch lovers try fat free ranch. work out with a buddie! un with a friend! it keeps you motivated and gives you something to discuss! i really hope this helps! you should drop the weight in a month if you keep to it!

did you ever do weight watchers! I did that after having my daughter and did really really good. lost 45 pounds. You keep track of your points online and they will tell you the amount of points you should eat at a MINIMUM everday. good luckAlso do colon cleansing to start. Well that sounds unhealthy. Fast weight loss only leads to fast weight gain and it can be hard for your skin to bounce back if you are a large person losing a lot of weight. Also, eating healthy is often more about better choices than volume alone. It would be helpful if you looked at why you want to lose weight and if you are over-weight to begin with why that s happened. Health is a lifestyle, not a yoyo.

I was reading everyone s answers. I don t know how to lose weight fast but remember if you eat too few calories your body goes into starvation mode and all that starving yourself will be for nothing. I would eat 1300-1500 calories a day and work out since you burn a lot of calories even after your done working out. It boosts your metabolism. Good luck and do it the healthy way!

I don t get it. How long did it take you to gain the weight? How do you expect to loose it any faster? It just doesn t work that way. Any way that you come up with to loose weight fast will be unhealthy. The only fast way to loose weight is to loose muscle or water weight wich means the only thing left is fat. Your weight on the scale may go down but your body fat percentage will only go up. You need to accept the fact that it took a while to gain the weigh and it will take a while to loose it. Make lifestyle changes. Diets don t work because as soon as you come off your diet you go right back to what ever it was that made you gain the weight in the first place.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
