Any weight loss tips? -

I m slightly overweight as I m 15 and a size 12 (UK) .Last summer I was so desperate to lose weight that I stopped eating and making myself sick whenever I did eat. It work and I dropped 3 dress sizes, but I realised it wasn t the way to lose it and my health began to suffer. With the help of my friends I got better again but put on a lot of weight in the process of starting to eat again. Now I feel like I am too fat and want to lose weight. I ve tried dieting and working out but it hasn t had much effect. My parents who don t know about the problems I had last summer keep nagging me about my weight and saying well u lost all that weight last year so it can t be that hard . I m trying very hard not to be tempted by what may seem the easy option . Has anyone got any tips for weight loss that could help me? It will be much appreciated

If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises.Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS. Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits.@ Sit when you eat.@ Always Avioid Junk food. @ Dont eat pizza, potato and oily food.@ Dont drink Softdrinks and soda.@ Eat a lot of fruits@ Eat a lot of vegitables.(salad)@ Drink a lot of water@ Do not eat candy or chocolate@ Sleep well@ If you can, do mediatation and yoga.@ Dont drink alcohol and don t smoke@ Eat hygienic foods.@ Don t get yourself starve@ After breakfast, make water your primary drink.@ Switch to ordinary coffee@ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home.@ Eat only when you hear your stomach growling.@ Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal.@ Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.@ Eat more soup. The noncreamy ones are filling but low-cal.@ Walk around the mall three times before you start shopping.@ Start eating a big breakfast. It helps you eat fewer total calories throughout the day.@ Eat without engaging in any other simultaneous activity. How to lose weight in 3 months? -

I am 32 years female and weigh around 121 pounds and my height is approximately 5.1 . I need to lose alteast 5- 8 kgs weight in 3 months duration. I have hectic working schedule and therefore unable to join any gym, however I try to run on treadmill of half an hour. But I need to know whether running would help in losing the desired weight in just 3 months.

Good for you for doing 30m of cardio, but if you are taking in more calories every day than you are burning running on the treadmill, you have to make some changes. Drop your caloric intake or increase the amount of exercise, or better yet - do both. Little things that can help - replace your computer chair with an excerise ball, take the stairs instead of the elevator, don t skip meals (and make them healthy meals), fidget (belive it or not tapping your foot or clenching your butt while you sit burns more calories than just sitting still). well you just got to keep active and cut down on fatty foods but i also do aerobics and i lost 10lbs so far

better try to find out how to start liking yourself in your present body shape.

For me, I try to run once or twice a week and maybe a session in the swimming pool. I ensure that I do at lease two sessions of cardio a week. you also need to watch your diet as this plays a huge part. Weight training is also important to tone up.
