Im looking for a free and reliable website that has low fat/calorie recipes, tips on how to lose weight, the number of calories in food/calorie counter and a diet planner. I know the weight watchers website but Im looking for something free of charge.

I think its phentermine. I hope I spelled it correctly. You have to get it froma doctor. M\I have taken it before. It gave me energy, without that nasty ultra hyper feeling and made me not want to eat that much. I felt like I got full kinda fast.

NO DIET PILL CAN EVER REPLACE A LOW CALORIE DIET AND CARDIO. Once you re off those pills, you ll start to put the weight back on and then more. Well, this is based on my personal experience.. I lost serious weight on this.. Were almost the same age. I m 16 too so this is pretty a teen plan. First is a proper well controlled diet. Don t skip meals but control intake. Minimize your fatty or oily food intake or avoid them would be better. Don t do model-like diets where you buy shakes or skip meals OR just drink water.I think your not focused on muscles so it will be easy. Secondly would be cardio, this would be jogging or power walking or just walking. My plan for cardio is very curious and I would recommend it to you, I avoided the school bus going to school and vice versa. I walked 6kms a day. if you don t like that, then try jogging during Saturday and Sunday. While at home, try crunches or pushups. Just go for at where you can handle it then try it the next day to see if you can beat last days record. Too put it short, go for a my diet guide and + exercise will sums up to losing weight. Keep track of your losing weight for few weeks then see if it works.

Working out and having a healthy diet is the best way to lose weight. I know this because I lost 60 pounds in 5 months by exercising every day and eating healthier. No caffeine, no unnatural sugar, no fast food, no candy. It takes a lot of will power, but it is possible, and you will feel better for doing it the right way.

Exercise is very important yes, and can make the difference between weight loss and none. But be sure you are eating right. Work out all you want and there will not be a very large effect if all you eat is McDonald s. I consider diets more as motivation. Most people could invent a decently effective diet, but if you have trouble with motivation, a diet that already exists is smarter.Besides, throwing up isn t an effective method of weight loss. I m a 15 year old girl and i m 5 10. People don t consider me overweight, but i have some weight that i really want to lose in about 2 months. I want to work on my abs, thighs, and butt.
