How can I lose weight fast? -

The best way to lose weight is to diet and exercise. You don t however want to lose weight too fast as it is not healthy. I lost a lot of weight fast and healthy by doing the following - running every day about 1/2 hour to an hour, 20 mins. of Pilates, and cutting out bad carbs like white breads and potatoes. Start eating only 1600-1800 calories a day (about six 300 calorie meals a day). This boosts your metablolism and you wont be starving yourself either.

take pills for it!!!!!!

You can lose about 2bl a day by eating any 1 meal a day and doing 1 hour of any sport a day. Tell me if this works for you

Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight fast? -

Cut 500 calories a day from your diet, exercise 4+ days a week for 35-40 minutes with interval training, drink tons of water and think positive. Interval training is good for people like me who get bored. Here s one routine I made up:5 minutes jump ropewalk 1 min.sprint 45 sec.walk 2 min.sprint 45 sec.walk 2 min.sprint 45 sec.walk 2 min.20 squats20 lunges10 pushupskeep your body guessing, time goes by so fast when you re doing small intense things followed by a cool down. I did this for 2 months and lost 10kg. I also never went more than 3 hours without eating. It is very important for your body to never feel starved. try to eat protein, fiber/carbs and fruit/veggies together in most meals. DRINK WATER, it cannot be overstated. try to stay focused during your workouts, i liked to do some creative visualization and imagine the fat being burned up to power my movements. it sounds corny, but i swear by it.

don t eat food, eat icedrink cold cold liquidexercise until you re about to pass outtake cold bathsdefinitely don t recommend these but it ll get you what you wantFast

Really depends on what you define as fast. Now is a good time to start as you can change the habits before the weather starts to get warmer. I started this time 2 years ago; I lost 48 lbs. the first 6 months then hit a plateau for 3 months heading into that winter. I stuck to the plan and lost 25 lbs. the next 5 months then when this past summer hit I lost another 45 lbs. I ve now been maintaining since October and have lost another 8 lbs. in that 5 month span (not bad IMO for the holidays/Super Bowl time of year). I do go to Weight Watchers but haven t followed their plan; I go there simply to have someone objective weigh me.So in total I ve lost 138 in 2 years; there were plenty of frustrations and spikes in that time but you have to give it time. Despite all the weeks where I have gained I still know it s only one week and that I will lose it if I stick to my plan. The loss numbers do add up; set small goals, I only got to the big number by concentrating on short-term losses such as I want to lose 10 lbs. by May . I can t tell you how many times I didn t get those 10 lbs. off but I had managed to lose 6 in that time and so I d reset and work on losing 5 by Memorial Day. I didn t concentrate on not losing those 4 but on those next 5 as if those 4 didn t exist. Here s what I ve done: cut out the Taco Bell/McDonald s runs and now keep the snacks to a minimum. My new rule is if there is a smaller bag get that instead. I m still eating chips and donuts but now only 1-2 or a 1 oz. bag instead of the entire box or bag. I try to cook for myself (not easy for this 24 year-old guy) making anything from pasta to chicken and some meatloaf/burgers. If I go out to a restaurant I skip the appetizers, eat what I want and eat lighter the next 2-3 days. Whatever meal you eat at a restaurant will be close to 1,000 calories, doesn t matter if it s a salad or a regular meal. Also, I have NEVER skipped a meal.I don t go overkill with the exercise but it is something that will ensure that you lose; working out 2 hours a day isn t something I feel I can maintain (what happens if I can t for a long stretch of time?). I take a train to work then walk the mile and a quarter from the station to my building. That 15-20 minutes each way is sometimes all I get each day but it s still more than I got before and cheaper than taking a taxi/subway. I also don t think of it as exercise. I ve found the weeks where I don t walk are the weeks I stay the same or have small gains due to eating right but not getting any exercise.I hope that helps and good luck!
