Weight loss tips? -

i m 5 3 and i weigh 135 ish (it fluxuates) i also wear a 34 DD and i hate them. they never stop growing and they re the first place i gain weight. anyway, i hate how i look. i m short and curvy i see it more as chunky. blablabla. i plan on losing at least 30 pounds this summer. help. don t bother bashing either because you re not going to change my mind.

I tried this and it really worked as i lost 100 pounds in 6 months....You set a target - walk say ...chicago to Wisconsin ..its about 300 miles...every day you walk 2 miles .....Brisk walking ....you got to do this daily around your neighbourhood ....until you reach 300 miles (dont travel to wisconsin..that just a imaginatory Goal).... haha.....on the day you reach 300 miles ..see the difference and have a diet on letuce, fruits and bread alone ....nothing JUNK

Try working out. Eat less junk food. Don t stop eating, that is unhealthy. Eat according to the food pyramid. Just make sure you burn off extra calories by exercise. How to lose weight and get a six pack? -

Hi i m 15 and i m 10stone and i am about 5ft 6. I have body ft even though ive lost weight i wish to have a six pack i dream to be a boxer and im traning please tell me how to lose weight and gain my six pack.

Jump rope and keep up the boxing. Hope you reach your goals.And do situps for the six pack.

You cannot escape the power of genetics. You will get what you get. But, we can all make the most out of what we get.It s all about diet and exercise.Eat a well balanced diet, easy on the carbs and fat, and work out with weight resistance, and stretch.It s not terribly difficult, but it does take some dedication and sweat. If you don t work up a sweat it isn t working.

To lose wait you have to be sure to get alot of edurance and if you like - go on a diet. To get a six pack, it s nice and easy, do about 50 sit ups each day, 5 days a week, and in about a month, you will have a six pack!

How can i lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? I know i can do push ups and sit ups. But like what other excercises should i do and how many.. im only 12 and weight about 95 lbs and around 5 feet tall. Hope you can help me thanks.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. well i m only 13, but i m a little overweight. i ve eaten pretty healthy my whole life (i eat stuff like salads and chicken, no mcdonalds or any of that. i hate soda, and love water and milk), but i just need to work on quantities. anyone have any basic tips to lose weight? like maybe a way of getting myself to eat less, or encourage me to exercise more.just any basic tips would be cool, cause i really want girls to look at me in a better way at the start of next school year :](also, i m pretty encouraged right now. i ve lost 15 pounds since the middle of june :D. just anything would be helpful.)

1) Drink a glass of water before every meal. It fills you up so you don t over eat. Also drink a glass of cold water every morning - Your body burns calories by cooling down the water to make it useful to your body.2) Eat slowly - It takes your brain 20 minutes to realize you re full, so if you eat fast, you ll overeat.3) Never crash diet. Don t go under 1200 calories a day. It ll slow your metabolism down, and you won t be able to receive all the nutrients you need in a day. And once you do start eating normally again, you ll regain all the weight you lost immediately. Instead, take it slow and steady.4) Don t be a lazy bum. Do jumping jacks while watching TV, run laps around the coffee table - Just try to keep yourself moving. 5) Immediately after eating, pop a piece of cinnamon or mint gum in your mouth so you don t feel the urge to keep picking at your food.6) And don t beat yourself up if you had a bad day! Listen to your body - If you want something, have it! Just always remember to keep it in moderation. But don t deprive yourself, or you won t get ANYWHERE.7) Leave a couple bites left on your plate when eating. Hello, I am 13 and need to lose like 15 pounds for football to be quarterback. Stupid weight limit. Dont say your to young or forget it, This is my dream and I will do anything. What do you suggest on how to lose like 16 pounds in a month. I have done it before but was half a pound over( as they say) but wasnt. I need like 1 pound a day. Thank you

Hi Dirtbikerider,Losing weight fast and in a healthy way is not as hard as people think. In fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. A LOT of cardio, low fat, low cal, low carb diet and don t eat for a day before being weighed. Health is first though you seemed to have waited too long, so don t hurt yourself....

cut your meals in half and dont snack around ....run and sweat a lot. jump rope is good and poo before weigh in lol.

best thing to do is running/swimming/ for beginners.running does not mean walking slowing, and swimming does not mean floating around to play water.eat food that have lots of fibers, they fill your stomach quickly and you will feel full without eating lots of calories. vegetable contain lots of fibers, and eat some banana to prevent cramps while running/swimming. eat some fresh fruit whenever you feel hungary, do not starve or your body will do the opposite thing (which is ending up eating more than you need)run at least 1 hour a day, and more if you are really out of shape. 1 month to lose lots of weight is impossible. i suggest you to work out when you have time, stop being a couch potato and start working out. whats better then swimming in the hot summer, so try that once a while.

An easy weight loss, but isnt an fast diet but it helps. Don t eat more if you arent more hungry. Dont be full. Be unhungry
