Will I lose weight fast with the following routine? -

No breakfastNo lunchNo snacks1 small dinnerPlenty of exercise:Running once or twice a weekSitups and pushups every dayJumping jacks and lunges every dayYoga or pilates every day

BAD FREAKING IDEA!breakfast is the most important meal of the day! duhh! you need to eat a good breakfast to jump-start your metabolism. otherwise, when you actually do eat; the calories will immediately be stored as fat. so you need to eat breakfast. you can eat a small lunch and a small dinner. just make sure you aren t starving yourself. that can cause a lot of damage. running burns off a lot of fat, so if you need to lose weight i would run more. however, if you re just trying to get toned then the exercise plan sounds good.

No you will not. Exercise has proven to have only a small bit of effect in losing weight (15% to be exact), so you can forget about your plan right away. While running and other exercise is good for your health, it will not make you lose weight. Your diet is vital in your attempt to do so. You can either start counting calories (but never go under 1500kcals a day!) or avoid carbs but please make sure you get the right amount of minerals, vitamins, protein, fat and fiber. If not, your body will store all you consume, no matter what you do.

well i wil be honesti tend to do this alotexcept i also have a little snack before i go to bedyour body will go into starvation mode meaning when you eat again you will gain the weight back, but you will also hold on to water if you drink to muchi lose 5-10 pounds every toher day but when i eat i gain it backgood luck though:)

lol breakfast is the most important meal of the day ... what so others arent? -.-I think the diet will be good, but too much exercise, because you won t have enough calories to burn, so either you increase calorie intake (by just another small snack) or you decrease the exercise (situps and jumping jacks)

use the audrey hepburn diet. at her fist arrival to start a film the director looked at her and was not pleased because she put on a lot of weight so he told her to eat nothing but beef and she lost 25 lbs. i m not sure if she worked out any but she used to ride around the hollywood lots on a regular pedal bike with a basket on the front and her little dog riding in the basket.
