Which is better to lose weight faster power walking or running? -

It really depends on how fast you are running versus power walking. If you are running at a quicker pace than you would lose more weight. Whichever you choose to do you need to make sure you can hold that speed for several minutes. Also make sure that you the exerciser enjoys the activity that you choose.

It s about the distance you cover. If you can cover more miles running then power walking, then run. If you tire too quickly and stop sooner, walking is the way to go.It doesn t matter how fast or slow, just go a long way

It is possible to do, but not healthy by all means. You can loose 5-10 pounds if you use a strict diet and exercise often. LOTS of cardio. As for the diet, cut out sugar and carbs. Weight Watchers was the best diet I did. It teaches you proportion size and its so easy. The hard part is mesuring everything out and making sure you do the serving size. But other than that you can still eat what you want as long as you stay in your points. I did and I lost close to 15lbs also in a month. of course i got off of it.
