How to lose weight fast?! pleaseee help!? -

I m 14, 5 2, and 130 pounds. I know I m not fat, I have really muscular legs, and am a size 3/5. I ve been this size since elementary, I know I m pretty much done growing. I want to be stick skinny, like 90 pounds, but with my muscle, that s pretty much impossible. I want to lose altogether about 15-20 pounds. I want to get rid some fat on my thighs, arms (above the elbow) and also, I have fat like on my lower back, around my hips, and whenever I put pants on, it kind of looks like a muffin top, only it s not, but it s easy to hide if I wear my pants up high enough. How can I get rid of this fat, 20 pounds tops, before school starts back up again in August? before i answer this, you a very beautiful:):):) not fat at allbut if your that concerned ill give you tips....chew gum (it make you more thirsty yet if fills you up)make sure u have something in the morning (so your metabolism goes faster)have excercise, regardless what it is and do it every week for about 3 times...just make you choices more healthier, cut a bit of chocolate, sweets etc.BUT DO NOT, WHATEVE YOU DO GO ON OTHER DIETS EG. THE CELERY ONE (WHERE YOUY ONLY EAT CELERY) BECUASE ITS REALLY BAD FOR YOU! SAME WITH BULIMIA OR ANOREXIA....a good thing is ur yound so you would be able to lose weight easily.good luck with it:):):)

You should try eating really healthy and don t eat any junk food,but its not good to try get your weight to 90 pounds because maybe you get to CRAZY about it.

I m 110, and I m sixteen, I am not stick skinny. Why would you want to be stick skinny? That isn t attractive. You ll get an eating disorder. You look really pretty and healthy now. Is it because you re emo and you want that sort of look? Trust me, you look good. You weren t meant to be grossly anorexic. x

probably do some jogging on a daily basis, that usually helps, and dont randomly eat food like crazy...

Ok, NO You DO NOT want to be 90 lbs, that is SOOOO unhealthy! And you are not done growing, you are only 14! I mean really! You would be underweight! And you could develope an Eating Disorder along the way, which SUCK. And they ruin your life, your relationships, and your body! Be healthy!But this is a healthy way to lose weight!Meals:The best way to eat is 5-6 small meals a day, or eating every three hours. The purpose of this is to REV UP your metabolism, so your just burn calories! It s also healthier than gorging at three meals a day. Plus, it curbs your appetite so you don t over eat, or binge! And never eat under 1500 calories! That s UNHEALTHY! Try to lean towards 1700-2000 calories a day! And have a cheat day! So you don t go crazy from dieting! Plus, try eating smoothies for one of your meals! A healthy one, with just fruit, yogurt, juice, and ice! This is good because they are better for digestion, plus they are healthy AND you can add protein powder to them! Which is GREAT for after an exercise!Exercise:My work out routine is very simple. I walk/jog thirty minutes a day (Or three miles) NO less! Then if you want, try lifting weights, sit-ups or crunches, squats and lunges! Building muscle will BURN calories, even when you are just laying around! So, when you get back into shape, you can get into harder work outs, and basically eat what ever you want without worry!Plus, REMEMBER, protein smoothies! They help since they are essential to muscle repair, and muscle only grows when it is repairing and at rest! So never workout more than 5 times a week. 90 pounds at 14 sounds very unhealthy to me...Loosing a few pounds may be okay...just don t overdue it, please!

girl you dont need to lose weight. But if you want to so bad just get tanner. that makes everyone look smaller.

im no expert, but believe it or not i lost weight by like doubling my food intake for a week. i think this causes your metabolism to increase so much u start to lose weight. but sure to stop after about a week and go back to eating normal amounts of food other wise your metabolism will balance out and you ll start gaining the weight back immediately.exercise like crazy. its old fashioned and crap but it works, just make sure its vigorous.i dont know how much i trust the internet but a lot of websites say that many fruits and vegetables use more calories to digest than they give you. these foods include celery, carrots, corn, cucumbers, lettuce, apples, pears, strawberries, all types of melon etc. many webiste will tell you this if you google negative calories.

Just fill a mp3 player with your favorite songs and go run/jog as long as you can. If you live in a big city or something then maybe run on a treadmill or something, not nearly as fun but gets the job done.Stop drinking soda drinks, drink water instead and prepare good meals instead of eating junk food.
