i had the same prob but here is what works eat a ton of salad for example replace a meal with a big bowl of salad if it doesnt fill you get some plane crackers and break them into the salad also do as many push ups and sit ups as you can every day and dont ever skip a day or the effect is not that good if you do it every day for a week or two and then skip a day i wont work well you have to keep it up for at lease a month or two

NO adverstising of programs or web sites please. Neverm ind the reason why (looong story haha) but I need to lose about 10kg in a month. 5 minumum. how to do this? What if I go to the gym every day for an hour or so and eat totally healthy?

for a workable diet - here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category. 25 per cent protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit ,ideally berries, or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. have a protein shake too, if you want. it will fight the fat and give you extra energy to exercise. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Needless to say, NO soda, chips, cookies! Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like. get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday.

How can you lose weight quite quickly in two weeks, even if it is doing loads of sit ups then i will do it, i just want an effective way!

exercise. Do what you enjoy doing. Like walking, jogging, riding your bike, ti-bo excersise videos. Anything! You also want to make sure you still eat a healthy diet. Don t just stop eating. What worked for me, so I stayed out of the fridge, I hung up pictures of really skinny models. That gave me the ambition to stay away from the chocolate cake. Also you might wanna get some friends invovled with you when you exercise. It ll make everything seem easier. Plus you wanna make sure you keep track of your calories. I hope this helps!

It s not safe to lose more than two to four pounds a week. (And) after the first two-three Weeks this will slow down a bit as well. please do not starve yourself or waste money on those dangerous diet wonder pills. It depends on how much weight you want to lose. Losing anything more than 4 lbs probably isnt healthy. Without starving or purging-- you should try and burn off more calories than you intake. Cut down on the sugar and fat intake. If she is expecting to lose weight then she has to shift her weight by doing some form of exercise. Walking is good. Get a headset play some of her own music she likes and walk. Plan her meals. 3 main meals (not big meals) and then 3 snack meals. When I say snack I don��t mean junk food. Eg: an apple, pear, banana, yogurt. She has to put in the work to get results. Doing nothing will only make her depressed and put on weight. Stress will also make you eat more which will make you add on more weight.
