ok my friend needs to lose weight soon since she going on vacation soon and her body is a lil curvy.she wants to lose 10 pounds or even 15!how can she do it without starving, vomiting, exercising so much?if u know a way plz tell me cause she really wants help!also does grapefruit help u lsoe weight if u eat it before every meal?she exercises everyday and drinks water. also eats healthy

Ok, if you re writing this for yourself you dont need to act like you re talking about your friend. Anyways, eat lots of raw or steamed veggies, lean skinless boneless chicken, and do cardio workouts, and most importantly drink at least 2 liters or 8 glasses of water per day. Portion control is a big part as well. Its healthier to eat 5-6 small meals per day. A saying I heard recently that really stuck with me, Dont eat until you re FULL; eat until you re NOT HUNGRY

I hear ya. Whenever I want to lose weight, I do Atkins. Basically you cut out all carbs by just eating meat, chicken, fish, full fat mayo, butter, eggs, anything that says 0 carbs and 0 sugar on the nutrition label. If you drink coffee use Splenda and full fat cream. No bread, no veggies, no fruit, no sugar, no carbs. For example, you could have a bacon cheese burger with mayo, but no bun, no ketchup (b/c of the sugar). I literally would lose a pound a day doing this, but it s really hard to keep up. The longest I ever lasted was 2 weeks and then I just went back to eating carbs. And once you start eating carbs again, you start gaining the weight back. But if you want to just lose weight than this is the best way I ve found. Good luck.

There is so much fat on my sides I feel like I could die. Are there any exercises that will help make that go away? I do sit ups every day, practice on eliptical machines, and run quite a bit. Do this medicine ball exercise: Sit up on the floor with your knees bent. Put a medicine ball next to you on your left. In one motion pick it up in both hands and stretch your arms out in front of you, then put it as far around your right side as you can reach. Do two sets of 15.

Hi. yet another person trying to lose some weight. I m 5 10 , weigh about 215, and would really like to lose weight. It s not like im inactive or anything, I play high level soccer and im pretty good at it. I just am not happy with the way I look. I have been working for the past couple weeks on losing it. I ve tried to eat a whole lot better than i usually do. I ve run 4-5 days a week, sometimes only 2 miles, sometimes 3 and a half or more. i have noticed a little bit of improvement in the way my jeans feel. I think ive lost enough there to fit a smaller size or two. the problem is that im not losing any weight at all. will it just take more time or do i need to change something??

Basically, Eat healtherly and excercise regualary if your concerned see you doctor he or she should be able to put you on a plan like a loosing wieght plan!!
