i lost 10 killos = 22 pounds in 2-3 weekswhat keeps u motivated is...looking at fat people and looking at yourself thinking that you shouldnt be one of them(no offence) i always been lazy and gave up on many diets like dont eat dinner but now i dont eat dinner cas i feel like its a waste of time doing excersise and eating gaining the wait again... anyways enough chat ill go to the pointi walk 40 minutes in the morning to go to my bustop which takes me to school with that amount of excersise ill lose most of my breakfast(i have a medium breakfast with water)at lunch i have 1 large meal(2 medium sandwiches with juice)which keeps me up for the whole day.+ dont have any snacks in your house, tis why im not gaining weight and keep shedding. oh and go to gym. my gyms 5 minutes away so i can motivate myself to go everyday.i run 8km for 1 hour dats a loss of around 750 calories then weight training for another hour or less.

hun for the past 3 years ive been trying to lose weight fast and lemme tell you i havent lost and kept one pound off.im doing 30m-1hr cardioand eating healthy and low i cals and ive lost 10 pounds and cant actually tell the diff it FEELS amazing when u get off that treadmill and jst think yess .im done! :)
