How to lose weight at a Normal Pace? -

I want to lose some weight ALL around my body.I may not look like my weight but do Weight a couple of extra pounds. Can somone give me some advice, or a diet plan that DOESNT make you starve. Also excersie is acceptable. =}Please need some help!

The key to losing excess body fat is diet-- cutting out all fats and processed sugars is the first step. Then work on getting a balanced diet-- most people eat way too many carbohydrates, which if unused by your body are converted to fats-- and not nearly enough fruits and vegetables. the best advice I can give you is to limit your carb intake to 4-5 servings a day-- an example of a serving is one slice of break of 1/2 cup of uncooked pasta. And then eat the rainbow for fruits and vegetables-- try to get a variety of colors in your diet-- basically-- different colors = different nutrients, so by aiming for a variety, you can all the proper nutrients. Another factor is how much you eat-- most people eat way more then they need to-- This is a pretty good formula to figure out roughly how many calories your body needs per day: 655 + (4.3 x weight in lbs) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age) = ____ caloriesthis number is what you body needs every day to maintain it s current weight at rest (no exercise). so in order to lose weight you have two options-- eat less, or exercise to burn calories. The best solution is a combination of the two. Simply eating less will make you lose weight, but it can also lead to malnutrition if taken too far-- hence anorexia. So it s important to do both. I would recommend for exercise, adding it into your daily routine slowly-- start with 20 min 2x per week; then slowly work up to longer more frequent work outs until you re at 60+ min 3x per week. Just remember that your body needs time to rest in between, so if you want to increase your exercise-- workout longer, not more often. Cardio is the fastest way to burn calories-- so anything that gets your heart rate up will do-- running, swimming, jumping rope. I hope that helps, and good luck!

i always have the same question. how can i lose weight without starving myself. i would just probably exercise. but for those who dont like 2 exercise. try not thinking about food 2 much. and if ur actually hungry have some fruit vegetables. something just dont over eat. so thts all i can really say. im just actually starting 2 exercise 2 lose 10 pounds. so GOOD LUCK! =)

well it sounds all good except you shouldn t be skipping lunch - your body will go into a starvation mode in which it won t burn any calories at all and your metabolism slows down which will cause you to actually put on weight. but other than that yeah, it sounds great. good luck=)

Do not skip meals, just take little quantity every time. Go swimming in a pool or practice walking or jogging on a constant basis (few times a week).A healthy diet will work. Try eating low-calorie meals, fruits vegetables, and drink a good amount of water. Water should help a lot. Whenever you feel like being lazy or eating some more again, control yourself and do not be tempted. If it happens, keep busy. Another thing, do no compare yourself with other people s bodies. Everybody is different and it will only discourage you. Do it for yourself only and I promise you will see results pretty quickly.(do not starve yourself - your body fat will just get worse. Make sure to eat.)

Eat necessary and sufficient. exercise necessary and sufficient. Never expect huge body. Expect good health

the exercise your doing well on but food bad u dont skip meals u should have 3meals and 2snacks you will still lose weight

I ve agined maybe ten pounds within the last few months. I need to get the extra weight off of me, though. How do I do this? Exercise and eating right have been told to me over and over again, but it s easier said than done. I m lazy, lol. And i really don t have the time for exercising. I think you should just excersize. It dosent take that much time!!! That is probably the best thing, and continue eating right.

ok. drink lots of water, carry a water bottle with u. drink lots of pineapple juice it worked for me. Don t skip break fast! U need to get your metabolism going. eat a bowl of ceral every morning and stay away from fatty foods. have a light diner (stay away from potatoes, rice, bread and pasta) eat fresh fruits instead of candy. You won t believe how many calories that can burn off. If you have a dance mat at home, that s great for burning calories. Yeah okay so whenever i was in about fourth fifth grade i weighed in at almost 200lbs.I totally wasn t happy with myself, but made some changes that got me to loose weight. Now that im a freshmen.. i weigh about 117.What i did was, make sure you eat all five fruits a day, look for low calorie snacks, eat lots of veggies. And five small meals a day.If you don t like to be really active you can always just walk around your house or jog to burn some extra calories. Lots of water too! No fatty foods or sodas!Being girly? That s another story.Be yourself, its way better. (:
