How to lose weight the easier way? -

Okay, i am very serious about my weight. 1st of all i was born as a big boned person. I hate it alot. I tried not eating for 2 days because i was sick, i lost 15 pounds and my chest size. Is there any way to lose weight? Besides Exercising. An easier way losing weight and not loseing your chest at the same time? And i have this thing..i get hungry whenever i eat. How can i fix that?

There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. I ll dispell the myth. There is no such thing as being big boned. You may have a larger frame though. Don t not eat for several days. Your body will just cling to any fat it can. There is no easy way to be healthy and lose weight without excersize. You can t be lazy if you want to do this. Your chest is mainly composed of fat. Not yours in particular, but womens. Its likely that as you lose weight your breasts will decrease. To curb hunger, drink lots of water and eat your meals slowly. 5 small meals a day will suffice.

Is is possible to? -

Do you think it is possible to lose about 30 pounds in 3.5 months? (Looking around the 19th of May). I work out 6 days a week in the morning before I go to work at 10. I walk 1 hour, loft weights, and around 8pm I skip rope to get my heart rate going. I try not to eat after 8pm, and I usually have cereal in the morning, fruit for lunch, salad for snack, and what ever is for dinner. I eat a little bit of junk food so I wont gain like 50 lbs when I eat it after I loose weight. Also, does anyone have some weight loss tips? Thanks

it is very possible to safely lose 30lbs in 15 weeks (2 lbs per week). You need to figure that losing 1 lb of fat is equal to about 16000 calories. so if you take in (eat) 1300 calories and burn 3500 calories per day, you will lose that weight and keep it off. excercise is not the best way to lose wieght, eating right is. split your eating habits into 5 small snacks throught the day to boost metabolism and continue with your regular workouts.

It is possible. You have to really commit to it. I would try jogging, eliptical, or stair climbing to maximize that hour. Eat a high protein diet. Make sure you eat healthy cereal or switch to egg whites. Eat lean meats. Actully eat food for lunch Like a tuna sandwich or something. Salads can get boring unless you add grilled chicken to them. Remember you need to eat well to have the energy to work out. Stay upbeat and have a partner if you can someone that will keep you accountable.

That would be pushing and it wouldn t be a healthy way to lose the weight, but with all the supplements and fat burners out there, it is possible. By the way, I see you eat healthy and thats good, but where is your source of protein? You have to have a little bit of protein to stay healthy because proteins helps your muscles stay healthy.

you don t need lose weight in my opinion. im 16 right now at 15 years old i weighed 240 pounds but i lost 40 pounds softmore year through mostly wrestling. they made me diet so i couldn t eat any fast foods and run 3-5 miles every day after school. it was hard as hell but it paid of big time. i use to be fat but i m mostly muscle now. so just diet and run if you think you need to lose weight but i don t think you need to. i m 5 8 a little short for my weight but i still feel good.

HOW TO LOSE 4-5 STONE.........?!? -

haha i m always trying to lose weight but yet things didn t work out the way i wanted .(i was very skinny last time but i gained like 10 kg..SIGH) i think the most effective way to lose the weight as fast as possible is to go to some slimming centres. if you have a budget,why not try some liver detox diet? trust me, it will definitely work (i just didn t have time to do it)i wouldn t really recommend work outs as part of the plan for trying to lose weight. some people can exercise a lot but they ended up NOT losing weight, isn t that all in vain? furthermore if you exercise,those parts of your body where you exerted a lot of force on will become muscles, by then it d be more difficult to lose the weight! (no doubt you ll become more toned and firm but what s the point?)
