I need to lose weight fast, must be safe! Any Ideas? -

I have a night out coming up which is really important to me and need to lose weight asap!The problem is I have low willpower, if nothing is in the house thats fine but my partner buys biscuits, chocolate,crisps etc..I try and be really good and not eat it but sometimes I cant help it and i end up eating rubbish! Like last night, went shopping and we didnt have time to eat before we left so my partner boughtCookiescakeschocolateetc..Thing is it all goes off in a few days and has to be eaten or its waste! Id like to throw it away!!I really want to lose weight, and need some support!!!

Um im 16, and i started my diet on thursday... of lastweek (today is tuesday) and so far ive lost 4 kgs in 5 days. No i havnt been starving myself, ive been eating 3 meals per day. I dont drink any soft drink, no sweets/chips or pasta/rice.. eat things with good carbs, eg. wholemeal/grain bread.. its low GI. eat everythin that is low GI. eg.. my diet for one day consists.. grapefruit juice(i make it myself) 2 kiwifruits and a slice of toast with cheese, lunch is a salad with tuna, dinner is a lighter meal, usually chicken and vegies, dont cook ur vegies. raw is better. and i exercised for about 20 mins a day... or more. fruit should only be eating in the morning... in my opinion. good luck

Try the Atkinson diet.You basically cut out all carbohydrates ie bread, pasta, potatoes and all fruit.You can eat as much of anything else as you like.I tried it and lost a stone in 2 weeks, from 16st to 15 st.I wouldn t want to do it permanently but if you want to lose it quick it does work.You then need to cut out , as much as you can, all the sweet things you have mentioned such as crisps, biscuits , cookies etc. Just have them now and then for a treat.Good luck

The best way to lose weight is to exercise that can increase your heart rate eg brisk walking, swimming etc and by eating healthy foods and drinking loads of water..Another way to reach your goal is to picture in your mind how you would like to look and how you would like others to see you...May sound silly but it helped me. Some days you will get bad days but it s ok... You just continue as normal...Also never, ever skip breakfast as it really is the most important meal of the day..All the best...;)

Cut wheat out of your diet. I had to do it as I discovered I am allergic and have anaphylactic shocks if I eat the wrong type of wheat etc..I cut all bread, pasta, bagels, cakes etc out and lost a stone in 2 weeks..no lie! I replaced cakes with Fruesli bars (apple and cranberry ones are yummy!) and you can eat ryvita and rice cakes etc.. you can even buy gluten free pasta and cakes etc from the coeliac aisles in all major supermarkets. Dinners are easy..lots of fish/meat and veggies...a big plate of those and you ll not be hungry! trust me. Good luck

hey... my advice to you would be to be cool ^.^ and keep doing exercises... keep doing things to forget food and drink a lot of water instead of juice .... don t eat sweets and chocolate too much .!! and when u sit on the table to eat just put some food into a dish and go far from the table so u will feel lazy to come back and put another dish .... !! :) hope that i helped you :)

It s not always about eating right. You need to start to exercises if you want to lose weight fast, food alone wont do that.
