summer is coming really fast and i really want to lose weight fast. im 155 pounds and im 5 6 i reallly really want to lose about 40 pound. and i want to lose some weight before school ends. which is in about 2 weeks. PLEASE PLEASE HELPP!!!!

Well, you re not going to lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks without surgery. Also, 5 6 and 155...you shouldn t have to lose 40 pounds. I think that s a very unhealthy goal. For me, losing weight is more about the diet rather than the exercise. Watch what you are eating...it may surprise you. The only thing that you can do is to flush out your system with fiber (what most would call a detox - but it s not really a full detox)...you can lose a lot of weight that way but it s either waste build up or water weight...not fat.
