Whats the best way to lose weight fast!!!? -

I need to lose weight fast and I m try to lose upper body weight like belly, back, and arms how can I lose weight I tried to go on a diet but it really didn t work cause i love food I m like 150 and trying to get down to like 130 please help!!!
