How to lose weight and gain muscle/4-6 pack=P? -

I am 5.6 1/2 165ish lbsi am not an adult and i am malei was wondering if someone could help me outdiet ideas/plans exercises i want to lose a few lbs, gain some muscle,get rid of my stomach and get at least a 4 pack within the next year or so... yes its hard and i understand that...Can someone give me some ideas and help me out. start with running this will give the boost to go on and make other exercises and workout and with that eat well right quality and quantity in the right time like before workout or the run within 3 hours to give your body the fuel to run and start with 30 minute run that will show your four abs and will get rid of all the fat around your waist and belly if you really stick to it for 5 days a week best of luck and enjoy your workout

Well everybody has abs, it is just covered up by the fat. First, I would just try running and doing crunches. That way you are losing body fat and you are also helping your abs by doing crunches. Also, eat vegatables and fruits and try and cut out the junkfood if you eat a lot of it. Just don t do anything to fast that is going to harm your body. Good luck!

I am trying to lose weight too! Today is my third day of diet/exercise. I feel great. There is a fun work-out video on youtube. It is AMAZING!!! It works on your love handles and abs too. I don t know if you have heard of Tae-Bo, but that is what it is. You don t even have to go out and buy it. You just have to have a computer and you can do it in the privacy in your own home.When I am doing it, I sweat until I drop. My shirt is literally soaked in just 45 minutes. I used to go to gyms and swimming but I never saw results fast enough. Be patient and add Tae-Bo (Aerobic) and (Abs) total of 45 minutes a day for 4 times a week and you will notice a difference for sure!For my diet, I am eating a lot of veg/fruits/nuts and protein - chicken/eggs/fish. you need cardio and muscles to burn more fat so try walking in your neighborhood or at a park. If you can t then try to get a dvd for cardio. anything that lasts for about 30 - 45 mins. If you mix this w/ free weights then you should lose weight, if you eat healthy of course.

If you work out like push ups and curlers theres a change muscle will just form under the fat. Eat better, swim, I dont think running in place will do much. Get out of your house. Run outside, and if it embaresses you do it at night.

How to lose weight/muscle tone in the thigh area? -

Hi, I m a dancer and my thighs are very well toned, they re pretty much all muscle but they are HUGE in porportion to my body. I d like to get them smaller as I m self-consious of them but would that mean losing muscle? Also if that s what it comes down to...how do you do that (I guess)?P.S. My husband has a back injury and can t work out, he quit smoking 4 months ago and has gained 25 pounds since, he wants to lose about 40 pounds, can he take HydroxyCut?He is taking Tylenol, Midrin, Depakote, and Fioricet.Please give me some advice??

If he stops eating, he ll lose weight. Period!
