Im 13 and need some good weight loss tips (:? -

Im 13, 154 lbs, and 5 2 I want to lose at least 30 lbs, and i don t really wanna go under that, because i don t like it when people are stick skinny.I want to loose it in at least 2 months.I want to go steps at a time.Anyone do anything that helped them lose weight that would help me?And does anyone have anything to get me motivated to actually do it?

Though that seems a bit hard for me to do. But just try to drink enough water, without over drinking.

How can i lose weight during the holidays when food is all around!!!!!!? -

I seem to gain majority of my weight in my stomach. i don t gain weight in my hips. i m rather light weight, but i really want to get rid of my stomach (it s not completely fat). i know if i lost 10 lbs, my stomach would be pretty much flat. I ve been trying to watch what I ve been eating for the last 2 weeks, and I m not binging (BIG improvement btw), but I m finding it SO difficult to eat healthy when everyone keeps giving me cookies and cake and all the Christmas junk food. I know I m not gaining weight, which is good for this time of year, but I need to know what to eat. Bad news ... there is no magic pill or magic food regarding weight gain or loss. This time of year is tough, but one must limit what they eat. However, if, as you say, you can avoid binging, then just take it easy and eat small amounts.Also, if you exercise, increase your time exercising (one mile of walking or jogging uses 135 calories ... less than one medium sized cookie!). The longer you exercise, you can eat SLIGHTLY more. Personally, I NEVER drink egg nog because once I taste it, I can t stop drinking it. So, I just don t allow myself that. Good luck.

Snack on carrot sticks or other vegetables and fruits (eating carrots and celery sticks burn more calories than you are eating). And exercise. Eating gains calories and exercising and basically just living burns calories. So at the end of each day you have either a positive or negative number of calories. If you burn more calories that you eat, then you lose weight. If you have a positive number then you gain weight. Every 3500 of those calories (in both directions) equals 1 pound.Also something to keep in mind, while doing aerobic exercise (anything that keeps your heart rate up), you will start burning off FAT (instead of just weight) after 20 minutes of your heart rate being up.Good luck!

An AWESOME way to help with trying to lose weight quickly is sugar free jello. You can eat as much of it as you want because it essentially is zero calories and it is sweet and you are actually eating something which kind tricks the brain component of eating into feeling like your eating. It is really good. Also, sugar free pudding is great too... its about 60 calories either per box or serving (I forget) , and it fills your stomach up more because you make it with skim milk. These have helped me so much when I have tried to diet and lost weight kinda fast. Also add some real food so your not skipping what you need, but eating the sugar free jello and pudding DEFINIENTLY helps cut the cravings. avoid those energy drinks like monster, redbull, etc. Instead of chips eat fruit as a snack. Park further out to walk more, use the stairs avoid the elevator. You re doing the right thing by staying away from pills and skipping meals.DON T FORGET LOTS LOTS OF WATER.

I have two answers for you.But first let me say this, it is not unhealthy to drop a large amount of weight in a short period of time as long as you go about it in a healthy manner.1.) There is a rice like food calle quinoa. Look it up online, or for it at your local health food store. Eating this stuff with bannanas or apples everyday can help you lose up to two pounds a day. And it is healthy, because it s organic, and it s just like rice.2.) There is a diet pill called AVAKAR 20/50 (you can purchase it at wally world for about 40 bucks). It cuts twenty out of every fifty calories you eat out of your system. Granted it gives you diarreah the first two days you take it, but you end up dropping about a pound a day because your body starts working on the stored calories (fat)For me, this is the only diet pill I have ever tried, and I have no side effects, unless you count wonderful amounts of energy.

Well for your height I would say should be about 125-130, but you might want to check your BMI too. A healthy weight lose is 2-3 pounds a week.Your supposed to have 5-6 small meals a day. Breakfast, mid-morning snack, Lunch, an afternoon snack, and then dinner, and sometimes a snack before bed. Refrain from eating or drinking anything but water late at night.Also try to excersise 30-45 minutes a day, 5 days a week.If you would want my diet tips, I don t have huge breakfast s but it is my biggest meal of the day, and it usually consists of oatmeal with fruit and organic milk. For snacks you might want to try fruits. Also stay away from eating fastfood such as BK and micky-d s. For rapid weight lose I sudgest running, which is what I do. due your every day activities, just exercise more while doing them.while walking to your classes take longer strides, like lunges. in if you have a seat attached to your desk then this wont work. but if you dont then scoot your chair out just enough so your legs can fit between your desk and chair. then do crunches by lifting your knees to your chest. while at home doing your homework do the same exercise as in the classroom. try to get more exercise in gym or other sports. eat more veggies and less junk and gradually change your diet. dont try to starve yourself just everytime you are hungry grab something healthy. hope this helped!

maybe changing your diet would help, ive heard 5 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones helps. this stops you from snacking so much between meals.and an exercise plan that you can stick to.

Start exercising every day - even just a walk. Try to do a few days a week of toning exercises, you can do them in front of the TV.
