Im trying 2 lose weight fast! im always hungry..how do i stop myself from eating so much? -

im trying to lose weight fast!!!i dnt care weather it pills or anything im trying to not eat so much plz help??

How about drinking a healthy milkshake like Herbalife. It has all the fiber and vitamins you need and it helps you from bieng hungy.like a healthy diet!

Drink lots of water like 8 bottles (1.5 liters) a day, exercise more, eat fruit as snacks, exercise more, do something to take food off your mind like video games or something, drink coffee as it suppresses appetite, red bull, cigarettes (not healthy but makes you full), and finally diet pills which are not healthy either but get the job done. I recommended healthier stuff and unhealthy stuff at the end, that s if you re desperate to lose weight quick.

eat fiber-FiberOne is really good (the flaky one not the original) and make sure you eat 100% fiber, but with that drink lots of water. If you dont drink plenty of water the fiber will not be able to process and will build up and have an opposite effect. Also water tricks you to thinking that you have something in your stomach so your not as hungry. And veggies are always best. You can eat all you want with veggies. Just beware of dips or dressings.

Last summer i went on the computer alot...Hardly had time for food I was so entertained, actually i just caught myself doing that now....Find stuff that entertains you...Turn on the T.V and excercise while you watch....Get creative

i had a baby 19 and a half months ago and 3 months after having her i put on about 20kgs and i want to lose 15-20kgs more if i can im not good with diets i do drink alot of coke and at this point i have stopped eating for almost 2 days

Just stopping eating will not make you lose weight, you need to have a healthy eating plan. You should pop and see the nurse at your doctor s surgery. They will have leaflets about healthy eating.The best way to lose weight is steadily and the nurse should offer to weigh you each week, that way you can see what progress you are achieving. Basically cut out sugary snacks like cake and biscuits and stop eating processed food/ready meals and cook your own food its much healthier. Its hard to exercise with a young baby I know but even just taking her for a long walk in the buggy would be good, even a 2 mile brisk walk every day would burn calories and get your metabolism going. Drinking coke or any carbonated drink every day is really bad as it leaches calcium from your bones so stop the coke, even diet coke is bad.

your diet doesnt really look that good.you dont have any fruit or veggies in it and no complex carbs.find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day8 glasses of waterhave complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs musclecardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight trainingdont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
