How do you lose weight fast? -

There is no healthy fast way to lose weight.Cut out junk food and sodas.... pasta, potatoes, white rice and sugar. Eat a healthy diet of vegies and fruits and protein. Exercise at least three times a week. I recommend any of Jorge Cruises weight loss books.

Power walking is great for fast weight loss if you stick to the program. You don t even have to do any dieting, you. lose anyway.
