Im having this major operation and...? -

well im having major operation but im kind of shy about my body. i wouldnt be so shy if i was skinny i think. its in about 2 to 3 weeks. how can i lose weight quickly? im willing to do anything!iv started my diet today;Breakfast - 1 boiled egg and a yoghurt fat-free.Lunch - grilled chicken, stewed vegetables.Dinner - one boiled potato (no skin), salad.and 3 apples. + 2ltrs of water.im going to start jogging 2miles twice a week, the gym twice a week too, cardio for an hour twice a week and swimming once a week.normally i do more but im not supposed to as im really ill.( thats why im having surgery)i know i shouldnt! so please dont tell me not. iv made up my mind. just please help me and tell me what i can do?if your not going to help can you please tell me how much ill probably lose by the end of 2weeks or 3weeks if i carry on doing this?please and thanksxoxoxoxo

it will take some time to lose weight but if you want to lose weight really quick you are going to do some hardcore stuff. Skip meals. It s not healthy but it should work. Try eating only an apple for a day if you have to eat. Cut the apple up into 6 pieces. Eat 2 for breakfast, 2 for lunch ans 2 for dinner. NO SNACKS. and try working our at least 3 hours every 2 days. That should get you in shape.

There are too many variables here to get a good response - how old are you? what kind of operation? how much do you weigh? And what are you shy about? If this is major surgery, you will probably be under anesthetic, so you won t see what is going on - and doctors and nurses, etc. won t have any problems with you.My advice is to contact your doctor and ask your questions - he or she is the BEST source for all your concerns.Good luck!

since u answered my question.. Don t eat fatty foods. Don t eat 3 course meals, spread them out throughout the day. So if you were to eat a salad, an apple, and have some water, cut it into 2-3 proportions. Eat 1/2th of that meal one hour apart. Then wait 1and 1/2 hour to 2 hours to eat again, but the same amount. This way, your body can fully digest everything. so instead of having 3 big meals, eat the same amount of low fat foods in 6-8 servings an hour apart and do not eat anything 2-4 hours before you sleep. When you sleep, your body digests wayyyy slower. That s how sumo wrestlers get big. Eat then sleep almost right away. Same for stoners. Excercise helps. Swimming is a huge plus and you get great arms and abs.
