You should be burning more calories a day than you are consuming. This will help you to burn even more calories at a faster rate.* Eat healthier foods. Instead of snacking on that bag of cookies, go for some fruit or even fresh veggies. You can still have the sweets you desire, just make them healthier for you. Such as strawberries, blueberries and watermelon. These can often satisfy your sweet tooth without causing you to store unnecessary fats and sugars on your hips.If you combine all of these tips you will likely be able to shed those unwanted pounds in no time. Of cause Exercise and eat less( this is what we have heard all of the time and it s hard.)lolPersonally, I try not to eat any snack or junk food during each meal ,but I have proper Breakfast and Lunch.Avoiding Dinner is a good way too. Think about it! you won t do anything after dinner but sleep which mean you won t burn.but if you find it is difficult, you can try fruit like apples and guavas. They contain high Vit.C and less Sugar.!!!!:)Btw, you can try L - Canitine too.I m not sure if you ve heard about it before but this helps you burn more in case you exercise!! and as far as i know it is safe.anyways, Dun Give up!!everything takes time!it took a while before you gain these extra pounds, so give yourself sometime to lose them :)hope this HELP

eat more fruits. cut back on the fried stuff. i would drink water.maybe run around your block for 30- 45 minutes a day.do some crunches.hope that helps!

Ok. I am 11 years old 5 2 but i weigh 165 pounds. I am reallt scared because I am going to the doctors on March 13,2008 i am afriad that the doctor is going to yell!!!!! How cani lose weight in like 6 days or less i am aiming to 30 pounds off!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!��

its literally IMPOSSIBLE to lose 30 pounds in 6 days.your 11, you shouldnt be worrying about losing weight.talk to your parents about it and your doctor when you go. your doctor WILL NOT yell at you, dont worry.all you need to do is get active, get off the computer and go play some sports outside

Dr s typically do not yell at us. Thank goodness. It is not possible to lose 30 lbs in 6 days. It is possible to begin not eating junk . Since you can not lose the weight all at once you can at least begin a healthier way of eating. That means cut the cheezeburgers, fries, chips, pop, candy and other sugars out of your menu. Add in fruit and raw nuts. They are sweet, crunchy and will give you lots of energy. Give it a try.

Personally, I don t think it s possible to lose 30 lbs in 6 days, but just eating healthy and a good amount of exercise will help.

ha. NO, you cant lose 30 pounds in a week. But you could get it straight and start working out so you can lose 30 pounds in 3 months.

It is very unhealthy to lose weight fast, especially for someone your age. Remember that you are still growing. Try to eat healthy, exercise. Ditch soda. Ditch sugary stuff.
