How to lose weight in 1 week? -

I m gonna see my boyfriend very soon, but I gained lot s of weight. How I can lose my weight VERY quickly?

Go anorexic MATH BEHIND THIS THEORY-if you burn 2k KCal a day by just going about your daily activities and you don t take on any calories cause your not eating, you should burn 14000 calories in the week, droping your weight about 17-18 pounds =)on the 7th day, dont drink anything. this will get rid of all that water weight you added. just maksure to pee alotdrink water, eat vitamins and have a lot of self determination. good luck

wow.. my sugestion was a joke, didnt think i would get best answer. LOL SUCKAS. Shoulda said go anorexic Report Abuse

One key factor in losing weight is to boost your metabolism. So, go on a run, pace around, work out lightly while watching tv. Another factor in weight is water. Your body is 90% water, and it tends to retain extra water. So, limit drinks that contain sugar and electrolytes. Water is good for you, so keep drinking it. Also, your metabolism slows down when you get ready to go to sleep, so try to limit your eating after seven. This should be a healthy way to lose weight fast.

Depending on how much weight you need to lose....Realistically you shouldn t expect to lose more than 7-10 pounds in 1 week (if you do it in a healthy way)...In my opinion the fastest way to lose a lot of weight is:a) stop drinking waterb) sweat a lot (lose water weight!)c) eat an appropriate amount of calories (determined by your weight, age and height)d) take a weight loss supplement (my favorite is Hydroxycute) run run run run run run run run!!

Still wondering what to do?well here are some tips in trying how to lose weight in a week.I recommend you to eat 1 can of black beans with no fats, that will get you 25 grams of fiber. You should also eat either 3 bananas or 3 apples a day. That will get you 15 grams of fiber. You might want to try to get 40 grams a day and will push all that waste that is unneeded in your body. You might also not want to eat any fats and junk food because it will mess up your health and your diet. The most important thing you must drink is water.Water can actually make you lose 5 pounds of weight in 3-4 days.Water also causes to burn off even more calories! Now you don t have to go crazy and wasting money in gym equipment or go to the gym every single day!

Best way to lose weight very fast is to lose that extra water weight your body has. It may sound strange but in order to stop your body from retaining that extra liquid is to drink more liquid, (that does not include sodas) check out my sources.

Go to the gym an hour a day, go to Target and get a workout tape, and eat a very strict diet.

Cardio. =Many people don t realize just how important a well timed cardiovascular program is when it comes to eliminating body fat. Whether it s early morning, late evening, the most important thing is that you just do it. Continuous cardiovascular exercise, such as running, walking, jogging, stair-climbing, or cycling, sustained for at least 30 minutes, will burn body fat no matter when you do it. However for the maximum benefits of fat loss you MUST ensure that you are performing your cardiovascular training first thing in the morning. You should consider getting up early and doing cardio before you eat your first meal - even if you re not a morning person. Early morning aerobic exercise on an empty stomach has three major advantages over exercising later in the day.Early in the morning before you eat, your levels of muscle and liver glycogen (stored carbohydrates) are low. If you eat dinner at 7 p.m. and you eat breakfast at 7 a.m., that s 12 hours without food. During this 12-hour overnight fast, your levels of glycogen slowly decline to provide glucose for various bodily functions that go on even while you sleep. As a result, you wake up in the morning with depleted glycogen and lower blood sugar - the optimum environment for burning fat instead of carbohydrate. How much more fat you ll burn is uncertain, but some studies have suggested that up to 300% more fat is burned when cardio is done in a fasted, glycogen-depleted state. So how exactly does this work? It s quite simple, really. Carbohydrate (glycogen) is your body s primary and preferred energy source. When your primary fuel source is in short supply, this forces your body to tap into its secondary or reserve energy source; body fat. If you do cardio immediately after eating a meal, you ll still burn fat, but you ll burn less of it because you ll be burning off the carbohydrates you ate first. You always burn a combination of fat and carbohydrate for fuel, but depending on when you exercise, you can burn a greater proportion of fat relative to carbohydrate. If doing cardio first thing in the morning is not an option for you, then the second best time to do it would be immediately after weight training. Lifting weights is anaerobic (carbohydrate-burning) by nature, and therefore depletes muscle glycogen. That s why a post lifting cardio session has a similar effect as morning cardio on an empty stomach. The second benefit you ll get from early morning cardio sessions is what I call the after burn effect. When you do a cardio session in the morning, you not only burn fat during the session, but you also continue to burn fat at an accelerated rate after the workout. Why? Because an intense session of cardiovascular exercise can keep your metabolism elevated for hours after the session is over. If you do cardio at night, you will still burn fat during the session, so you definitely benefit from it. However, night time cardio fails to take advantage of the after burn effect because your metabolism drops like a ton of bricks as soon as you go to sleep. While you sleep, your metabolic rate is slower than any other time of the day. You might find it hard to wake up early in the morning and get motivated to workout. But think back for a moment to a time in your life when you tackled a difficult task and you finished it. Didn t you feel great afterwards? Completing any task, especially a physically challenging one, gives you a buzz. When the task is exercise, the buzz is physiological and psychological. Physiologically, exercise releases endorphins in your body. Endorphins are opiate-like hormones hundreds of times more powerful than the strongest morphine. Endorphins create a natural high that makes you feel positively euphoric! Endorphins reduce stress, improve your mood, increase circulation and relieve pain. The high is partly psychological too.

Weight watchers is based on portion size. To increase your weight loss on this program, you should follow the recommended servings per each food group as directed by the food pyramid. Weight watchers has cookbooks, literature, and guidlines to help assist you when grocery shopping. I ve heard people say i can t afford it Well, like I said, you can eat ANYTHING! you do not have to buy special foods, you just have to figure out the points value per each serving and stay within your daily points limit, which is according to your current weight. When done properly, I have NEVER heard of weight watchers failing. How to lose weight only in lower part of the body? -

i want to lose weight around my gluteus and my thigh. is there any exercise i can do?

walking, stationery bike, leg lifts.

Dieting will make absolutely no difference for losing weight in one particular area. But as for exercise, I d suggest doing lunges to tone up your thighs and butt. You stand up straight heel to heel, with hands on hips, and take a big step forward with one foot. Lower your body as low as you can go, and stay in that postion for as long as you can. Then switch legs. Increase your reps, until you feel strong enough to hold weights in your hands. Once you get to that part, hold your arms straight down, gripping the weights (start with 5 pounds), and do the lunges, increasing your reps as before. Then increase the weights (next is ten pounds), when you feel ready.good luck!

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT? HAVING TROUBLE? -

i m having trouble losing weight, Im 5 5 im 15 and 186 lbs. I exercise alot i eat healthy and im still not losing weight. i lose maybe 8 lbs then gain it again? im very sad cuz i cant lose it and its sorta making me mad and hate myself for it? are there any ideas for losing weight?

First step is to make sure you have reasonable expectations of how quickly the weight will come off. Even with both exercise and diet, 1-2 lbs is what to expect after the first week (the first week you may lose a bit more, but that s usually from water you were retaining. It s not fat loss, nor will it continue much beyond the first 7-10 days). So if you lost 8lbs in somewhere between 4 to 8 weeks, you re doing great! I know when you have a lot to lose this doesn t sound great, but it is. Another thing to consider - proper eating means eating healthy food in healthy portion sizes. Many people remember to switch to eating healthier foods, but forget to also switch to healthier portion sizes. Too much brown rice is just as detrimental as too much sugar when it comes to your weight. The best way to make sure you re eating the right portion sizes is to count calories and keep it under a certain amount (usually around 1500 for weight loss). Yes, it s painful to do at first, but until you know how many calories you re eating with eat day, with each meal, with each food or drink - it s impossible to know if you re overeating or if there s something in your diet needs more attention. When counting calories also make sure you measure out your portion sizes with a measuring cup/spoon or scale - half of those who estimate their portion sizes are off by over 30%. On a 2000 calorie a day diet that s an extra 600 calories that half of people don t realize they re eating - which is no wonder so many people have a hard time understanding why they re not losing weight.

Hi All, How to lose weight without making my face weak and dull? -

I am 25 years female working in a software company.I wanted to loose weight very badly as i am 5.5 and 69 kgs which is obese. But my cheeks and eyes are going in which make me look very weak and dull when i loose weight. Also it look like i am having dark circle :(Could anyone help me on this? Thanks in Advance

I understand your struggle. Rapid weight loss causes a darkening of the eyes and circles that make you look dull and sleepy. Trying using a less progressive weight loss system. I m not sure what you are using now but the only miracle weight loss drug that I know of is the acaiberry and colon cleanse 3000 systems. When used together they are supposed to curve your appetite and rid you of all toxins in your body that may be causing you to keep on or gain unnecessary weight. It s a more natural and healthy approach to weight loss because after all you are only given one body and remember this: It took time to put the weight on and you need time to take it off. Otherwise, you could do lots of damage to your one and only temple.Give it a try and good luck with your new body!! =)LIFE: Every beginning has a end and with every end there is a new beginning!!! Don t give up on the battles that life throws your way because with time the battle will end and then open up a door for a whole new beginning. Best of luck and blessings your way!!

How to lose weight in 1 week? -

I m going to see Paramore in a little over a week, and i m feeling pretty bad because everyone s going to be in skinnies. It makes it even worse that my best friends are alot shorter and thinner than I am, and I was just wondering how much weight I could lose by the 14th, and how?

Once a week, indulge in a high-calorie-tasting, but low-calorie, treat. This should help keep you from feeling deprived and binging on higher-calorie foods. For instance: Lobster. Just 83 calories in 3 ounces.Smoked salmon. Just 66 calories in two ounces. Sprinkle with capers for an even more elegant treat.Whipped cream. Just 8 calories in one tablespoon. Drop a dollop over a bowl of fresh fruit for dessert.

You can lose weight if you did right program. I tried many program, but could not lose weight. I found the best program that works very well for anyone. I lost my weight easy using this weight loss program. You need to have look right info that works. I lost 16 pounds after 7 weeks with this weight loss program. I highly recommend you. You can find more info here link below.

1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes its hard, thats why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.Source(s):ok i didnt write this but i copied and pasted the words but i just put it in number order and made it easier to read.

Weight loss tips? -

Im 15. i dont leave the house much, by choice, all i drink is green tea but i eat alot haha i love food. anyway i wanna know if eating liek once or twice a day will help me lose weight? i could do some stuff in the house i guess....anything easy i can do liek pushups or situps or what ever? i weight 232 pounds i just found out! im 5 foot9 i dont think thats normal....

1.Set goals. You ll be better able to make a realistic weight loss plan if you know how much weight you want to lose. 2.Identify your weaknesses. Are you a bread fiend? Do you have dessert after every meal and every snack? Is McDonald s your second home? Find the weakness and throttle it. It does not own you, you are stronger and cooler than to allow some silly little craving to knock you off your path. 3.Throw away anything you know is tempting. Those cinnamon buns with 500 calories each? Gone. The ramen noodles in your cabinet? Gone. The problem is that this is not always feasible. Often times we are not the only ones in our homes and therefore the call of the food must be withstood. In this case, out of sight truly is out of mind. Put unhealthy, unfilling foods in a drawer or in a cabinet that you rarely use. Put them all together to make a particularly unappetizing sight. Don t place them all in a decorative basket out on the counter. Place them in a drawer. A drawer heaping with pastries rarely looks like anything but a drawer of fat. 4.Eat less, but eat more often. If possible, eat 4-5 meals a day. This helps your metabolism and blood sugar to stay level as well. This does require a change in your schedule. Eat less within 6 hours of your bed time. You re less likely to burn the calories closer to your bed time. It s fine to eat a large breakfast and lunch because your body will be working on burning those calories for the whole day. Large dinners are likely to go unburned and converted into fat. 5.Do not skip breakfast. If you don t have time to prepare breakfast, buy healthy breakfast bars or those smoothies on the go. It is important to eat breakfast to jump start your metabolism and give you energy for the day. Otherwise you will probably end up falling back on unhealthy foods during the day. Yogurt is also known to boost your metabolism. 6.Eat healthy snacks when you feel hungry between meal times. Healthy snacks would be things high in fiber, fruits and vegetables. Avoid high sugar and high calorie snacks. This will help you get nutrients as well as help lower your appetite so you won t overeat during meals. 7.Increase your fiber intake. Fiber acts as negative calories. It s also filling and healthy for your digestive system. Make it a part of every meal. 8.Eat slowly and chew more. Take time to enjoy your meals. This will help you to finish at the same time as others, and you ll not be tempted by a second helping. Also, chewing more will ensure you get the most out of all the food and it will be digested faster. The more you chew, the more your appetite will be satiated. 9.Drink more water every day. Stay hydrated. While you don t need 8 cups of water a day to stay hydrated, it ll make sure you re hydrated as well as cut down on your hunger levels and force you to get a little bit more exercise (trips to the sink, water cooler, water fountain, and bathroom). If you re a heavy soda drinker, permit yourself to only one diet soda per day, maximum. Just one extra soda each day can add 15 pounds. Recently, fizzy drinks, even diet ones, have been said to slow down metabolism. 10.Increase physical activity. There are two ways to reduce net caloric intake: 1) reduce the number of calories in your diet and 2) Increase the number of calories that you burn in your daily activities. Both approaches are usually necessary and healthful and both are effective in losing weight. You can pick and choose which exercise you want to do, depending on your fitness level and drive. For example: walking, jogging, using the stair stepper, using cross training machines, swimming, tennis, and basketball. Weight training (and resistance training) can help reshape your body. The more muscle you have the higher your metabolism will be. 11.Find active friends. Find people that will drag you out to do more active things. It doesn t have to be much, but any exercise even walking around the mall is better than none. 12.Don t get discouraged. After one or two weeks of initial weight loss, it is quite common for your metabolism to slow down as it adjusts to the new calorie count. Stay on course and you ll see results. In some cases, the scale will tell you your weight is barely changing, but you may be gaining muscle weight while losing fat weight. Also make sure to weigh yourself first thing in the morning to try to avoid the fluctuations in weight due to water. 13.Take all advice with a grain of salt. Everyone is going to have some tidbit of information for you. What worked for them might not work for you. Take it all in stride and work with what is getting results for you. Trying to do everything everyone says will only cause overload. 14.Eat more protein. If you choose to go this route, do not cut out all carbs. If you do so, as soon as you start eating carbs again you will regain your weight back. Instead of eating stand alone pasta, throw some meatballs or chicken in. Eat some beans, they are high in protein and very healthy for you. Increase the ammount of protein, but not by too much. The more protein you take in, the more water you should drink as well. 15.Eat less calories. The average woman should eat around 2,000 calories a day and the average male 2,500. There s many ways to reduce the calories you intake. Try not to eat frozen dinners, pizza, or from fast food joints. There s also certain drinks, such as Green Tea that are calorie reducers. Lettuce is another calorie reducer, but be careful because dressing tends to have the calories. Low fat/light vinnegette, balsomic vineger, red wine and vineger are pretty healthy dressings, but do not load it on
