How can I lose weight fast (im a teen)? -

i m 5 8, 14 years old and i m 160 pounds. i weigh more than my own mother (who gave birth to 2 kids and never lost the baby weight) i really want to lose weight because i can t ever find clothes for myself that fit and my relatives are always calling my fat and comparing me to my thinner cousinsmy self confidence is so low my friends are worried i might do something to myselfi want to lose some weight so maybe my relatives wouldn t judge me as harshly and i could actually fit into some clothes any help?

who the hell tells a 14 year old girl to go buy pills, jesus....look, exercise, and not eating shitty foods will help you lose weight. less soda, less snacks, less crap you know. everyone wants the fast and easy way to lose weight. im tellin ya, more water, less crap and you ll be just fine. ur probly mad cool, and looks aren t everything, but if it means alot to ya, then just watch ur diet, and get outside once in awhile, and you ll notice the weight coming off in no time, promise.

Considering how often gimmick diets and miracle foods constantly show up and fade away just as quickly, I believe they are little more than hit and miss. The key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume. If you do this, you are guaranteed to lose weight. It is necessary to combine exercise and good diet; each by its self is insufficient. In order for you to be successful in this, you need to start off slowly, which means no crash diets and no 4 hour running marathons. These strategies are in no way sustainable. As far as exercise, pretty much anything that burns calories is fine. As far as diet, avoid simple carbohydrates (sugars) and fats.

Take a look at your diet and your exercise. Cut out all junk food 6 days a week, and allow yourself to splurge on, say, Sunday. (This way, you won t go crazy!) Also, cut down on your portions. If you usually eat 2 cups of cereal, for example, only eat 1.5 cups and an extra glass of water. Eat nutritious foods! The more nutrients you consume, the less hungry you will feel because your body will already have gotten its nutrients. Start exercising regularly too, and build up to a proper level. Set yourself a goal and work toward it, but don t let it take over your life. Best of luck!

drinking lots of water, exercise in cardio and weights, eat healthy. and being 5 8 160lbs isn t that bad but at that age is whats worrying, u can do it!

Lose weight fast and forever? -

I need to lose a lot of weight and need help. I have tried everything from eating healthy to dieting .I cant seem to find a solution for my body. yes- i lose so weight, but not where i need to . I need to get rid of my stomach fat . No smart comments. Yes i do or try to do sit up but i am over weight. please help me

As a black belt in Tae Kwon Do I know a lot about fitness. Here are some great exercise to tone all of your body and to give you that perfect body. Do each exercise continuously with a 10 second break in between.stomach 50 times each-1.regular crunch2.side crunch (left)3.side crunch (right)4.full crunch- get in a regular crunch position and elevate your feet off the ground. Moving your feet and shoulders with your hands that are across your shoulders try to touch them together. Make a V shape each time.5.regular cruncharms 30 times each-1.push-ups2.plank3.push-ups(again)4.curling w/ weights5.push-ups (again)Buns and thighs 30 time each-1.squats w/ weights2.superman3.wall sit (1 minute)4.six inches- lay down flat on the ground face up and put your hands under your booty for support then bring your legs up off the ground about 6 six inches. Make sure your feet are together (2 minutes)5.lounges with weights6.squats w/ weights7.Knees up-bring your knees up and down continuously (3 minutes)Do these exercises and you ll have the perfect body in no time!

Have you considered a gastric balloon? If your body mass is above a certain amount you can get this fitted on the nhs, but you can also get it done privately, however it will cause discomfort and pain for a while after insertion.It will however reduce your appetite.You could go to gym, or look for fitness videos on youtube, dancing is a great way to lose weight.Try looking specifically for youtube vids to get rid of the fat from your stomach :) theres plenty out there.Id say just be happy with the way you are , but its one of those things skinny people say to overweight people, lol. No sugar...........lots of water.............keep moving............high in protein..........fish, fowl, and beef............smaller portions........the size of the palm of your hand. The Atkins diet is the answer for quick loss, but then once you get it down you have to have a program to stay that way.........GOOD LUCK!!! No sugar , no breads, no pastries, take a look at the diet........you can do it.........but you have to keep moving.

Since sit ups are hard for you, try walking an hour a day. The only way to keep weight off forever is, by not going back to bad eating habits. And watching what you eat. As for fast, stick to the walking and eating lite. Don t eat junk food or drink surgery drinks.
