How can i lose weight fast? -

i need to lose weight fast i weigh 160 at 4ft 10in and i need to get down to 130lbs i have a wedding coming up and i would really like to look good in my wedding dress. my wedding is in may of 2010

Completley cut out carbs! Carbs and Sugar are the enemy...i know its impossible to cut them out all together but avoid them at all cost and drink lots of water! Water is key! Burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight! Diet pills can help speed this process! I recommend Xenadrine...it really kick started my weightloss! It really works!

move. do not sit. stand up all the time. walk all the time. do not stop except to sleep. walk fast or jog everywhere you go.eat two meals a day. no dinner. drink water2 lbs a week should be good.good luck! happy wedding!

If you lose it fast you wont keep it off. Usually you will end up weighing more than you did in the beginning. Just take it slow, its getting nicer outside, so start walking, and if you feel like you can, start jogging. Eat right! Usually they say 5 smaller meals, but if you dont think you can do that (it takes a lot of will power) i would say eat a big breakfast, smaller lunch, and regular sized dinner. Congrats but that doesnt sound like you need to lose it that fast, you have over a year. Healthy weight loss is about 1-2 lbs. a week. Here are some things you can do :1. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.2. If you drink soda gradually cut back so you dont drink it all on a regular basis. Diet soda can make you crave sweets so dont even bother unless you really have to.3. Up your fiber intake by choosing whole wheat or multigrain pastas and bread. There is virtually no nutritional value in regular white bread.4. Up your veggie intake and try to gradually cut back on cheese and butter. Try cooking veggies in low sodium chicken or vegetable broth.5. Try just eating fruit for breakfast, and never go more than 2-3 hours without having a little something 6 small meals better than 3 big ones.

Eat nutritious meals in small quantities, try not to snack and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Regular exercises are good too.

Well you certainly do not look like that on your picture. Well there is a lot of ways to lose weight it just depends on how desperate you want to get there. One example is sleeping in a trash bag and have sweat come out of your body while you sleep. But I don��t think that you are that desperate, then a good way to lose weight fast is to eat only fruits and vegetables, and run, walk, jog, sprint, stuff like that. And I am pretty shore that you not only want to look good once in your life time but forever.

Exercise every free minute that you have. It will work - IF you do it - guaranteed.

You ve got to be committed to lose weight, too.No point in starting and then not completing.

Congratulations on your wedding. Diet and exercise needs to be adjusted to lose weight (and to gain lean muscle mass). I would suggest you cut down on processed foods (especially french fries, potato chips, etc.). Eat more lean protein (meat, fish, etc.). This will make you full and contented.As far as exercise, I would incorporate free weights and sprints into your routine. Sprinting for 20 seconds and resting for 10 (done 8-10 times) will elevate your metabolism and continue burning calories well after the activity. When you go some where eat but try healthy if possible, but when you get home only eat lettuce and grapes or fruit. It worked for me.

Okay here is the best and most natural way, 1st get a good routine i mean make sure its always the same, for example if your going to bed at 10pm keep that very routine as possible i understand it can change the routine if you like to stay up later during the weekends. 1. Exercise early in the morning when you first wake, 2. Eat smaller meals like 3 to 4 meals a day. dont eat big meals like 4 or 5 pieces of pizza maybe 2. 3. If you drink soda cut down. if you drink 3 or 4 sodas cut down to 2. 4. If you eat fast food cut down. 5. Drink more water period 6. find out how many calories your body needs to maintain your weight.and how much to lose weight in a healthy weight. 7. Count your calories 8. Dont eat after 7pm if you do eat after 7pm eat light dont eat meals large meals. Get a piece of paper or index card and write down the amount of calories you consume each day. Dont forget you can find out fast food calories online, soda if your drinking alot can consume a quarter or more of your daily calories. You have to do some kind of aeorobic exercise and situps if you do like every other day will shrink your stomach. Try this for 2 weeks and you will notice a difference. Remember you dont have to completely give up fast food or soda just cut down on daily soda, and dont eat fast food everyday eat out 1 or 2 a week but pay attention to the cals you put in your body. i just eat in the morning and not luch then a bit of dinner . take a hot shower and then sleep and i wake up w/ no belly . i run at least a mile a day then go to the gym

that s a while away~The best thing to do is don t overeat, and do not eat anything after 7 or 8 and drink natural ginger tea twice a day. Ginger is great to lose weight. worked for me. It s spicy but you ll get used to it. Also for breakfast eat walnuts and raisins every morning.

exercise everyday 30min to an hour is best. (more if you want)but even 15mins a day is better then nothing.watch what you eat.eat smaller portions.you can still have small snacks and treats, but instead of a piece of chocolate cake eat one cookie or a chocolate covered strawberry.good luck!

eat healthy and exercise with exercises that will work out the part of your body that you want to lose weight in. Running is a good way to lose weight in many ways and to make you more fit. if you lose about 1 pound each week, you could end up losing around 50 lbs in one year. You have to promise to be good and work for it and I will tell you a little secret....Hydroxycut works. You can find it most places, Walmart included. HOWEVER, you have to work and out and drink a ldecent amount of water when taking it. There is so much energy bottled up in those caplets you will go crazy if you dont work out and drink water. While I took it I worked out for atlease 20 minutes a day and it calmed me down but the days that I didnt work out, my mind and my fingers wouldn t coordinate long enough for me to write a sentence without getting out of sync.
