Insomnia and Ambien...? -

My insomnia has been ridiculous lately. I am still awake (6:06pm) from last night. This happens often, at least 3x a week. Im trying to get fit but Im always so exhausted (still, cant sleep) and I tend to lose weight quickly, it seems over night, after building any mass. I dont want to ask for a perscription for anything, is there a way to get Ambien without one? I love it.

I don t think you can get Ambien without a prescription. Frankly, I d recommend a different drug. My aunt took Ambien and started having blackout episodes where she d injure herself, do laundry, and other weird things in the middle of the night and have no memory of it later. Once she woke up standing in the garage with her car keys in her hand, and still has no idea whether she was about to get in the car or had already been out driving in zombie-mode! Look into Unisom or Lunesta or something.

Unfortunately it s illegal to have Ambien (or any other prescription drug) in the US without a prescription from a licensed doctor. There are some other options, like going to Mexico. But you aren t guaranteed that you will get the real McCoy there. Otherwise there are sites on the internet that promise to send you whatever drugs you want. Again, these are not FDA regulated and it could just be a waste of money. If it is real, it s illegal and you re just as responsible as the company selling the drug. Bottom line: Dude, go see an internist, family practice doctor or psychiatrist and ask him/her for a script. Otherwise try OTC benadryl or melatonin (they don t work nearly as well as Ambien, IMO).

The problem with Ambien and any other sleep medication is that is great at first but then it doesn t work. The dosage is then increased and then you get into a downward cycle. I know I have tried it and others and get the same story form others. May I suggest that you might have a serious underlaying problem that you need to see a doctor for based on your comments. You might try this, making your sleep room a peaceful room ...one that does not keep your mind spinning. No TV etc. Have a routine bedtime and take a warm bath/shower before bedtime which should relax you mind and body. Exercise in the morning only as this is when you need the endorphins not when you are ready for bed. Make sure you eat healthy and build good habits. Always eat before you exercise!

not if you want to go to jail you can t.get a prescription

nope, gotta get a prescription.i 3 ambien. it was the only thing that let me sleep when i had insomnia a few years ago and it didnt make me groggy in the morning. id say go to your doctor or call and see if they can call in a prescription for you.maybe see if they can suggest some over the counter stuff. tylenol PM works, but it makes you sleepy in the morning.go to webmd.com or something a look for some OTC that is recommended. GOOD LUCK! ive been there, i know how much it sucks. its probably just worth it to get some ambien. thats stuffs amazing!

If you don t want to ask for a prescription for anything , why are you willing to take a prescription drug????How are you too exhausted to exercise, but not too exhausted to fall asleep? If you were TRULY exhausted, your body would force you to rest. You re mistaking the sluggish feeling lazy people get from not exercising with actually being tired.More likely than not, you spend the time you re awake, at home, sitting around watching tv, or on the computer. You re not doing anything that makes you tired. That s why you can t sleep. Time to get up and do some exercise! Stop making excuses! If you re just going to sit around, you might as well do something worthwhile. Exercising shouldn t be about losing weight. It s about getting healthy. A great part of being healthy is getting enough sleep. Exercise isn t easy. Especially when you first start doing it. The reason most people who don t exercise don t, is because they give themselves a thousand excuses. Many look for the easy out. Like diet pills. You re looking for the easy out of getting proper rest. Sleeping pills. You just have to force yourself to do whatever exercise routine you ve chosen. Regardless of how exhausted you feel. Once you get into a routine of doing it, on a regular basis, you ll find you have much more energy during the day, and you ll also find it easier to get to sleep at night. There are places online that sell prescription pill without a prescription. Usually, the pills they sell only LOOK like what they re supposed to be. In fact, they are often nothing more than sugar that s been formed to look like the actually medication. If they were really selling prescription meds without prescriptions, the FDA would have them busted. The reason the these fake pill companies stay in business is because they aren t actually selling real drugs. Start exercising! There is no easy out!

You need a prescription to get Ambien. The generic Ambien is cheaper called Zolpidem. For a list of things I ve tried for insomnia (which began at age 16 and I am now 56) see http://www.fms-help.com/sleep.htmIf you want to read my insomnia story, see http://www.fms-help.com/insomnia.htm - ambien has been the best med for me. Too bad I discovered it so late. Over the counter meds worked for awhile, then stopped working. Another thing that might help you is an anti-anxiety med like Ativan (generic is called Lorazepam), or even an anti-depressant, but be careful with those.I also think you should get your thyroid checked since you can t sleep and lose weight so quickly.I m not a doc. Just a fellow patient.

read the book insomnia by stephen king

I m fairly positive the only legal way to get it is through your doctor. Buuuuut if you have a friend who maybe deals or is a user, they can probably ask around for you. I know a ton of people who deal prescription drugs and sleeping pills and painkillers are always the big sellers. If you have the connections and the money, it should be no problem.Or just go visit my doctor... she s been pushing sleeping pills at me for like, 2 years now and I won t take them. haha

it is simple get so drunk that you pass out,or just go to your local drug dealer and ask for some form of drug that will put you to sleep, the secret of sleeping is getting your bio rhythms down

Can i eat junk food and still get good results from the p90x? -

i m doing the p90x. i m 15 years old. now a benefit i have that most people dont is that i lose weight quickly. i dont know why but thats just how it is. i dont really eat that much, i dont eat lunch at school and i dont eat breakfast usually. i might have a snack or a couple bites of lunch to hold me through the day but that s about it but when i do eat it s always something bad like burger king or mcdonalds or something? if i do the p90x will i still get results by not following they re nutrition program?

Yes, you will still see results, but not as fast as you would if you stayed on the recommended nutrition guidelines. Good luck.
