What is the best way to lose weight fast? -

I m 27, don t smoke, don t eat junk food.. all I need is 8-10 pounds and a few inches..

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. Do not listen to all these fad diets and bull crap spilling from their mouths. The best way to loose weight is to eat healthy, and exercise. Best way. I have tried every diet in the book. None of them have worked, or they did for a short time, and i ended gaining back a little more. Started getting my act together and eating healthy and exercising more and BAM! The pounds started to melt away. There is a show on discovery health called Cook yourself thin they have a book on amazon. I purchased it and love it. You can eat anything you want or crave, they just teach you how to cook it healthier and less calories with the same great taste! I would recommend it. But anyways, I would recommend exercising for at least 30 mins a day. Talk the stairs instead of the elevator. Drink water, instead of soda. If you drink soda, do diet. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Stuff like that. I hope that helps.

The best is to have a tea spoon of honey, daily in the morning once u get up from bed. this burns the extra fat. after some time, have atleast 2 glasses of water, to clear the acidity produced during the nightmake sure the honey u purchase and use is natural and authentic. This method has worked for me and is really efficient.
