I need help . how to lose weight? 10 points for best answer i see fit? -

i m 5 0. i weigh around 46kg-47kg. i want to be thinner. maybe around 43 kg? flat abs. slimmmm thighs. but all has to be done in 2months..seriousl 2months! i need sculpted arms. how??

1.don t drink alcohol2. dont eat after 7 3.dont eat things like chocolate or cake but if you feel like having a chocolate bar have a small one this is because later on you might have a lot.4.cut down on the amount of food you eat a day but you should still be eating around 1500-1800 calories a day.5. don t eat anything your body does not need 6. if you are full don t eat any more.7.go for a long jog each day8. eat more healthy9. dont use these tablet things because when you stop using them you are going to gain the weigt 10. Do not do a yo-yo diet thing, they don t work. Better and healthy er eating and 4 to 5 days a week of exercise. Loose 5 to 10 lbs just by loosing the sugar from your diet. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Salads with olive oil and white vinegar for dressing. Conventional dressing will be counter productive because of the bad fats. Exercise like walking more. Bicycle or swim more. all are good all around calorie burners. Yes count collieries is a good method.

i don t what pills i don t care if i have to starve myself or make myself vomit i am just needing to lose weight fast.....i weight 185 and i am about 60 pounds overweight i think....i need to lose weight in a very short amount of time i don t really care what it does to my body i just want to look gooddon t tell me im ruining my body or its n not worth it but it is for me i just need some help i don t want to spend anymoney and i don t want to talk to a doctor i don t want to exercise i just want to lose weight......FAST

drink lots of green tea and water and red tea,if your really hungry drink diet coke as it has hardly any cals,have mini cheeses with under 50 kcals...drink cold drinks,dont drink alcohol(lots of cals) sign up 2 a gym...walk everywhere or run...have low fat yogurts(under 70 kcals)look in the supermarket at the kcals in each food be careful to calculate how many kcals there are in a specific amount of food sometimes they try and trick you with the per 100grams crap when there may actually be 500grams!!..dont binge eat lots of small meals..sleep at least 7hours,dont eat dairy or cereal or anything like chocolate as it is addictive..drink tea with no milk and no sugar,dont waste money on diet pills or diet gum its a waste of money,dont go out for meals,dont buy food when hungry,dont take much money out if you know youwill buy food..weigh yourself once a week eat lots of fruit and salad,dont be jealous of people eating,they should be jealous of your willpower,..these are some tips i have found useful hopefully they will be to you too..

i don t know if this will help the fastest but try eating 1200-1400 caloiers a day, i ate 1500-1600 calories a day and i lost 5-8 lbs a week, and with that i exercised for 30 minutes to an hour, hour 1/2......don t drink any soft drinks only drink water, don t eat any chocolate or sweets.....whatever you don t go anerexic cuz you could die....even though you loose weight you are loosing the stuff your body needs to survive!

walk walk walk....kool it with chain restaurants and cook at home...um drink 10 cups of water a day...and the best way is to awoid packaged food....if u can make then go that way instead..also try not too eat too much sugar...its turns into fat

if you get in to the throw up routine be very carefull because once you hit one point, you ll have a shitty life for ever, no you wont just have un healthy organs, youll be like ******* up and cant eat this and that at this amount and eat this type of food everyday and this amount and ****. BAsically to lose it really fast just eat fruits, vegetables, and a little meat for protien, and just any time you can substitute driving for walkign or biking do that on top of exercising every day, you could lose it in two weeks if you do it hard core probably.

DO NOT starve yourself, unless you plan to do so for the rest of your life...which you can t.when you starve yourself, your metabolism slows down, so your body can adapt and live of what it has.but when you starve yourself you ll feel like crap! and overtime your body will stop functioning properly because of the lack of energy and nutrients.so you ll want to eat again. but with the slow metabolism from the starving, you ll eat like normal again and your weight will increase quickly.so don t starve yourself, alrighty?i m done my part, i hope others can help you.
