Has anyone used the 321 baby bulge be gone exercise program? -

Its a program created by a celebrity trainer, Ramona Braganza. I saw it on the tv guide channel today, it wasn t an infomercial it was more like an introduction to her program, I guess you could say. But I looked it up and found her website http://www.321babybulgebegone.com/ I m really interested in it and I would love to hear from anyone who has used it or thinks that it seems like a good weight loss program. Thanks in advance!

I haven t, but to be honest, from the looks of the website I wouldn t use it. If she was as successful as it sounds, her webpage would be more professional.

Exercise is just as pivotal as food intake when it comes to losing weight, but the one thing which definitely showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been featured in Fox News and USA Today. I lost twenty five pounds, it definitely does produce results!

Does this sound like a good eating plan? -

I want to lose weight but I am totally against diet pills. So I came up with this + an exercise plan, of course....In the morning- a healthease shake (or Spiru-tine) + fresh fruitFor lunch a Weight Watchers or Lean cuisine meal.Fresh fruits and veggies for snack. For dinner what I usually eat (which isn t completely unhealthy- i.e. turkey burgers on pita bread, chili, spaghetti (wheat noodles), grilled and baked chicken... stuff like that) but just a smaller portion. And my goal is to get back on my 2 liters of water a day (which is what I drank when I was pregnant)Does this sound like it would be a healthy weight loss plan? I am going to exercise too. If not, could you give me some suggestions please? Thanks in advance!

5-6 small meals are better than 3 big ones. I d also suggest not eating carbs for dinner or after 5-6 pm.

sounds good be careful with the shakes some people gain weight on them

Sounds good except for the noodles. Wheat or not they are grains and therefor have pretty high carbohydrates which conver to sugars - fat.The less baked good you consume the better, Fries and fatty products are out. The veggies, frouit, salads are wonderful. It is not just carbs but calories that must be watched. ALSO, the amount of food. Naturally the exercise is just as important but generally you are on the right path.Remember that all grains are carbs. Wheat, rice, corn, barley, rye - all the same. Nuts are good as well and remember that Peanuts are not nuts - rather in the bean family - not so good.

Honey, the best diet in the entire world is smaller portions.Don t deprive yourself, it will make you end up binging. Have that chocolate brownie, but make it one or two bites and not a whole one.Don t skip breakfast, either...it gives you enough energy to make it through till lunch, and helps lunch get you through until dinner. Eat balanced...make sure to get protein, grains, veggies and dairy. Don t skip the milk, it is big time important...go to 2% or skim if you want less calories, but don t do without.Good luck...sounds like you have the mindset to succeed!

How about some short grain brown rice, steamed veggies, organic rice cakes, steam baths, and other japanese stuff. . . ooh and mediterranean cuisine. . .like grape leaves, hummus, tabouli, tapenade. If fast and easy is your style . . I say spend $20 on a rice cooker/steamer. They are so easy to add rice, veggies, and water. . . push a button and it shuts off when done and keeps it all warm until you are ready. I really like that because I often have to eat around our baby s schedule. Soups are good. Bean salads can be yummy. Have you tried edamame? Most people don t get enough fish. Kipper snacks are good and easy to add on to a meal (also lower in mercury). A glass of red wine or grape juice is good for the heart. They say we tend to eat too much because our modern food has alot of the nutrition processed out of it. So whole food/macrobiotic eating will provide more nutrition in smaller portions.. . . and like you said exercise, exercise. . .stuff that makes you sweat. . . we like long hikes with the baby backpack. you ll be takin in fresh air, getting rid of toxins, and stimulating your brain cells. . . baby likes it too : )To Good health!

Looks solid!Remember to give it time and see what happens in at least two weeks as our bodies need time to adjust. Plus, the bottom line is calories in versus out! So make sure you exercise at least 4x per week. Good luckJoe Francowww.fitfranco.com

It looks very healthy, good luck with loosing weight!

Sure. The most important thing of a diet is to have something to eat (this makes anorexia totally not a diet) and to eat it in small portions. It is better to eat 6-7 meals a day but in small portions rather than three big meals. Grilled and baked foods are better than those fried ones. The pita bread and wheat-based (and grains) make it more perfect. Just give it a time and do your exercise regularly. Cheers!

Yeah sounds like a plan. Don t forget to treat yourself every once in a while!!! Do Lots and LOts of Cardio!!! I eat sugar free jello at night to calm my nightly sweet cravings. I ve lost five pounds this month just by not eating any fast food!! Stick to it girl!!! Good Luck to you and Merry Christmas :)

What do you think of these weight loss products? -

Hi All,I recently found this website www.healthy-solutions.info The products look amazing and I know one or two poeple that have used this sort of thing. What do the rest of you think? Do they actually work?

Avoid consuming any diet pills or supplement. For most people, the risks involved with taking diet supplements significantly outweigh the results any person would receive.Over-the-counter (OTC) weight loss pills are probably the most popular diet supplement on the market. However, most of these drugs are not tested by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and therefore these products are not subject to the standard guidelines on advertising and dosage. Most OTC diet pills contain an unregulated amount of powerful amphetamine-like properties, which have been associated with serious health risk including permanent physical detriment and even death. At the source below you will find a lot of info about the Risk of Diet Pills Supplements and some advice about diet program that is safe and effective.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I ve lost weight mainly due to excercising and eating healthy. Pills and all the rest is a quick fix that damages your body and you end up gaining the weight back.

Pills, drinks... etc. are all psychological. They re placebos. Once a person realizes they need to lose a few pounds, all it takes is effort. You eventually eat less while taking those placebos, and workout 30 minutes a day at least.

Hi dear,I think now a days no body has time for exercise and yoga so now these products proves amazing effect we can try if we want to loose our heavy weight also hoodia can help us for loosing weight.

You wold be better of doing a low carb diet with high cardio and would lose weight.. Or you can do a low fat diet.

Hi there,The first thing I want to say is I am so glad I never had any of these cynical people who have replied to your question so far there to help me when I was trying to lose weight! I would probably be still be a size 12!! I can t believe some of the answers that people have given you thus far. Mine is going to be a whole lot different, and guess what, it s based on my own personal weight loss triumph. The website you checked out specializes in Herbalife products. I don t know if you have ever heard of this company, but they ve been around for 28 years, are in 69 countries around the world, and are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Up until about three years ago, I had never heard of the company myself. Then I met the man who is now my husband, and he introduced me to the Herbalife products. Let s just say that my life changed drastically from that point forward. Let me backtrack just a bit though to make sure this all makes sense. I just want to say something upfront. I was never one of these people who struggled with my weight all my life. Actually, I was naturally thin and had a fast metabolism all the way up until the age of about 25 when I was prescribed an anti-depressant that turned my whole world upside down. A side effect of the medication was rapid weight gain due to increased appetite. I gained nearly 40 pounds in a matter of two months, getting stretch marks and eventually leaving my petite 5 2 frame under the stress of being a size 10/12 and weighing nearly 170 pounds. Now fast forward a few years to the time when I met my husband. I was honest with him about what had caused my weight problem, and he recommended that I try Herbalife because he had successfully lost weight on the products and was even a distributor. I relunctantly gave in thinking I was just wasting more money on more weight loss products that were going to leave me feeling the same way the others did: anxious, nervous, irritable, shaky, with my heart feeling like it might beat out of my chest at any time. What s worse, these other products not only made me feel physically ill, but they never made me lose any weight either! I was making myself miserable for nothing. You see, I had tried probably 30+ different diet plans, pills, powders, teas, liquid tonics...you name it, I probably tried it. I also ate a balanced diet with lots of salads, very limited fats, and drank plenty of water daily. I exercised almost daily, joined gyms to lose the weight, walked miles and miles every week. Nothing worked. NOTHING! Believe me I tried EVERYTHING I could think of. This medicine had obviously changed something within me at a metabolic level and I truly thought I d never have my body back.Thankfully I took my boyfriend s (now my husband) advice and tried Herbalife. I began losing weight my first week. After about 5 months I had lost 47 pounds and had gone from a size 10/12 to a size 2/4. I had energy like never before (those daily afternoon naps were a thing of the past), and my health drastically improved. I used to get sick all the time, it just seemed like a way of life for me. My local walk-in clinic knew me by my first name, as I went there almost monthly for either a urinary tract infection, a sinus infection, allergies, bronchitis, or something! With Herbalife, I lost the weight, kept it off, and even drastically improved my health at the same time. I hardly ever get sick anymore, and when I do catch a little bug here or there, my recovery time is super fast. The very best part? I have never gained so much as an ounce of the weight back. Ok, that s not entirely true. In 2007 I gave birth to our first child, and I gained about 37 pounds while pregnant with her. As you could have probably guessed, I lost all my baby weight within about 7 months using Herbalife once again. Please, do yourself a favor. Avoid the cynics of the world and their harsh comments. Try the Herbalife products for yourself, because it s only then that you can make a fair judgement of a product. You can t say something doesn t work if you ve never even tried it.As far as the comments that pills and powders are a quick fix and only damage your body in the long run...All I can say is I guess it depends on what pills and powders you re talking about. Herbalife is simply good nutrition, backed by solid scientific research, and that s why it works. Try it. You won t be disappointed. You can get it from us, or any number of other Herbalife distributors around the world, but at the very least I think you should check out my experience, complete with a before and after photo of myself on our website at http://www.herbalizeyourweightloss.com You can read my story and lots of others too. Then maybe you ll have FACTS to base your decision on, not just the personal opinions of other people who have most likely never tried Herbalife in the first place.

Need help losing weight fast... Im young but its a real problem!? -

Im only 12, i know its young to be worrying about your weight but its a real problem and its affected my health, my social life, my self-esteem, my grades, pretty much my entire life. My mom always tells me You ll go thru a growing spirt and lose all of that! but its been to long and i rlly need to lose weight and fast if its possible, of course i want it to be healthy weight loss, no pills no surgery nothing like that... maybe something like what i should eat and how much i should work out etc. Just so u know i dont have access to a gym so i would have to jog if anything... and push-ups and crunches... but idk if that good.. thatz all i can think of right now if i think of anything else than ill add it...thnx 4 any answers in advance

I know exactly how you feel. During high school I was the fat kid . You re wise, no pills and no surgery, well done. Even if you were old enough to get surgery done, if you do it the long way it ll be a better learning experience and you ll feel so great if you achieve your goals.Follow these tips, and you ll be looking a million dollars in no time :)For toning, just spend 15-20 minutes every night doing sit ups, push ups, and crunches. The best thing to do is start with 10 minutes for a few days, and then add a minute each day. And it s best to do these exercises at night, just before bed!Okay, well how fast you lose weight all depends on how much you weigh at the moment. For example, if you were obese then you d lost weight a lot faster than someone who is an average weight, or just slightly overweight. It s pretty easy to lose a stone in a few months. For example, I have lost 18lbs since the beginning of January, which is 1 stone and 4lbs.There are simple easy things you ve gotta do which is using less butters and oils whilst cooking, and cutting down on that odd chocolate bar you might have once every few days. Eventually, after a few weeks, aim to not snack at all. Yep, it s really hard but you ve gotta try hard, so think of something that will really motivate you, like thinking about what you could look like after a few months if you stay away from bad foods, and if you do eat it, how bad you ll feel after. Do not EVER eat after 7pm. If you really wanna be good then don t eat after 6pm. But 7pm is the complete latest. It doesn t matter how healthy the snack is, don t eat it. The only thing going into your mouth after 7pm is water. You should also drink lots of water in the day. Usually, when your stomache is telling your brain you re hungry, you re just thirsty!Exercising is a lot easier than people make out. I do aerobics in my bedroom and it s easy. Just get an iPod or MP3 and move! Even have a little dance around. Or, if you don t have an iPod or MP3 player, play music out loud. Whatever you choose to do, just move!I also go on a 20 minute walk every day. Remember that even a little bit of exercise is better than no exercise. Then of course, do the simple things that ll burn even just a few calories. For example, if you get a bus often, then walk to the next stop and then get on the bus, or if the journey isn t that far, walk the whole way. If you drive to a lot of places then park further away from your destination and walk. During lunch breaks go for a little walk, even if it s just for 15 mintues, it s better than nothing.Chew gum. It ll keep your mind and mouth focused on something other than food, and if you buy an expensive gum, then you ll feel guilty about just throwing it in the bin, and you ll try and get as many chews as you can from it. I understand about eating from boredom, so try and find something really fun to do while you re at home!Remember to drink water, water, and more water.Good luck, and feel free to email me if you need any more tips! :)To anyone who wants to lose weight, whether it be 150lbs or 5lbs, or just simply tone up, email me with your height, weight and how much you wanna lose and I will be happy to help you. Whether it be supporting you or giving you tips!I look forward to hearing from you!PS: Please email me directly at moomovies@yahoo.com to save the hassle of emailing through Y!A.

Cayenne pepperInstructions1.Take a clean one-gallon jug and pour in all ingredients2.Shake it all up and drink 8-12 glasses a day, for about three days3.Do not eat any solid foods with this diet

all it does is make you poop. it s cheaper to buy senna or super dieters tea but it also makes you poop...it s just less messy. the super dieters tea works really good. I m using it right now and the cinnamon spice flavor is really good.

sounds crap.

Weight Loss Tips? -

Does anyone have any good weight loss tips? I am trying to lose about 30 lbs by summertime..

The secret is acknowledging the true purpose of food as fuel rather than entertainment. Focus on protein, fats, and carbohydrates and learn about each of them. A little bit of research online will teach you a lot. Remember, don t diet; change your eating lifestyle. Doing so will change your life for the better. For the exercise, consider it a priority to include it into your routine.Anyway, if you want it simple, here it is in ten steps:1. protein is good...eat plenty (about 30% of your caloric intake)2. fats are good and bad...know the difference3. saturated and trans fats are the bad ones - limit these4. poly- and mono-unsaturated fats are good - don t be afraid of them5. carbohydrates are good and bad...know the difference6. fibers and complex carbs are the good ones - eat these (about 40% of your caloric intake)7. sugars and simple carbs are the bad ones - limit these, particularly late in the day (stay away from sodas and chips!)8. drink water - lots and lots and lots of water. It s the only drink you need. Anything else is either wasted or simply bad for you9. Eat 4-6 meals a day to boost your metabolism.10. A meal is defined as a portion of a low-fat, protein rich entree, a portion of veggies for vits/mins, and a portion of complex carbs. (You can get these combined as a health shake)For exercise, it s even simpler:1. 4-6 hours per week2. 45-90 min each day you exercise3. do aerobic exercise (20-40 min) every day you exercise4. work abdominals every day you exercise (between sets makes it easy)5. do chest and triceps exercises on one day6. do back and biceps exercises on a different day7. do legs and shoulder exercises on a different day8. do your exercises in sets (i.e. 3 times with 6-12 repetitions each)9. keep a record of what you do to measure progress. 10. when your progress stalls (called plateau ), switch up your routine.Make sure your goals are not unrealistic. You have about 12 weeks until the official start of summer. I assume you intend to lose 30lbs of total body weight. I suggest you alter you goal to loss of body fat (which is different than total body weight when you consider water weight, muscle tissue, and bone mass/density). You can get your body fat percentage checked at a fitness center or the doctor s. It s quick and easy and will provide you a better baseline and measurement tool to gauge your progress. The reason is that two people of the same sex, age, height, and weight can be completely different in terms of fitness when taking body fat percentage into consideration. With that said, if your goal was to lose 30lbs of body fat, you are in for one hell of a intensive program to come close to reaching your goals. This is because to burn one pound of body fat, you have to burn approximately 3500 excess calories. This totals to 105,000 excess calories total. Over 12 weeks, you are looking at burning 8,750 caories each week, which is nearly 1500 per day if you workout six days a week. Burning this many calories in a day will require a very, very rigorous routine, probably 90 minutes in length and will require the most strict nutrition plan I can possibly recommend. If you are not used to exercise or eating right, this is likely to be unreasonable for you. Hopefully, you don t really need to lose 30lbs of body fat. Again, I recommend getting your body fat percentage checked and shoot for a percentage loss over 12 weeks. Don t even step on the scale. It will deceive you as to your progress.

stop eating

1.) Drink more water 2.) Eat five small meals a day3.) Eat more fiber4.) Exercise according to your body (Don t Over Do it)5.) Take a multi-vitamin6.) Portion control7.) Learn the difference between Good/Bad CarbohydratesThese are not weight loss tips, this is a change of life style. It makes not sense to go on a diet to lose weight and then you go back to your old eating habits which would make you gain the weight back. That s the key losing the weight and keeping it off. Maintain a healthy lifestyle...

i decided to lose weight begining in December. by cutting calories, eating more veggies, getting the right amount of fiber a day, and exercising at least 10 minutes a day i have slowly but steadily lost 40 pounds. it is really just a matter of truly educating yourself about portion size, fat/calorie intake and water consumption. alot of websites can help but the one i found most helpful was sparkpeople. they have a place to track calories eaten, calories burned and give you a food plan to go by if you want. it isn t easy to change your whole lifestyle, which is what i had to do, but if you truly want to become more healthy and lose weight so it doesn t have as much of a chance of coming back you will make what changes are necessary. by the way, the website will also tell you if you even need to lose weight, by giving you an average estimate of your bmi using your height and weight. also, cut the soda, even diet. makes a world of difference. i carry water at all times now and feel so much better.

stay clear of carbseat about 1300-1500 calories a day. exercise (walk at least 30 minutes a day...maybe add in some running/jogging as u come accustomed to this...also some light weight training for toning and building some muscle)

wanna loss wait and increase height is play basket ball and join a gym

Find an exercise you like doing so you ll stick with it. Don t overdo it at first or you will give up. Try something like pilates or walking at first and gradually increase to things like The Firm workout, jogging, exercise bike, etc. Drink a lot of water to fill you up and keep you hydrated, and of course, watch what you eat. I like to eat just fruits and veggies for lunch as often as possible. That way I make sure to get those portions in for the day and can still enjoy a normal dinner. Good luck!

don t do diets! eat everything you want (without overeating), BUT the last meal should be before 5-6pm...It s a slow option, but only this way I can eat chocolate, sweets and cakes and stay XS size all year round ;)

Exercise everyday like jogging around the blockSkip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per dayDont eat until you re fullEat fruits at night if your hungry.Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate. There are more tips and info.there s a video on success fitness too.

You don t have to give up all your carbs, but try to limit them. Learn portion control - - - remember, you ll feel full about 20 minutes after you eat. Exercise - - find something you enjoy doing. There s some fun exercise dance videos to do indoors when it isn t possible to walk outside. Or theres even walking videos you can do - - like Leslie Sansone s videos.Drink water - - lots of it!!! Drink a MINIMUM of 8 (8 oz.) glasses a day. It s not all that hard to do - - just drink it with meals snacks and keep a water bottle with you to sip on. It may take your body a few days to adjust to the amount of water you are drinking, so just be prepared to go to the bathroom A LOT. But your bladder does eventually adjust and it sure helps the weight come off.

Lose a quick 5 pounds? no crash diets, healthy weight loss? -

so i want to lose a quick 5 pounds just to look slimmerim pretty muscular, my legs are pretty much all muscle, my arms, my stomachi do 300 sit ups, 300 squats and 300 push ups a nighti eat around 1200 calories a day in healthy vegetarian foodi weigh around 108 pounds at 5 foot and i would like to be 102-103, just to be a bit slimmer could you suggest how many cals i would need to eat to lose this (in any space of time, long as it takes) 5 pounds (im aware of starvation mode etc.)also could you recommend some different workouts that i could do alone (im bad at team sports !!), like running ? how far, how long, when? what should i eat? im a vegetarian and just turned 16 by the waythanks :)

eat 3-4 meals a day.and go to sleepbye

The best thing I know of to shed those last few pounds, even though I think you are fine, is doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It might sound scary but it s awsome. Do some research on it and if you find anything negative please tell me because I didn t find one thing.

Weight Watchers!!

Have you tried kick-box aerobics or swimming? They burn tons of calories and strengthen, define, and tone everything ... and try upping your protein intake without upping your dairy or fat intake ... low-carb rice protein powder, maybe? extra protein will help with rebuilding muscles (yours will get denser, not bigger with the workouts your are doing) which boosts metabolism, the extra protein itself has been proven to boost the metabolism as well (studied with fish and chicken, but I am sure it applies with all kinds of pure protein) ...

I would eat soy protein twice a day it will help you build more muscle which will help you burn calories and loose 5 lbs. of fat. I would also increase the weight and decrease the reps you are doing. Soy protein is vegetarian and vegan friendly and will deffinitly boost your tone and glucose metabolism even though it taste horrendous to me.

Weight loss question, in need of some insight? -

***PLEASE READ ENTIRE ENTRY BEFORE ANSWERING***I am a 29 year old female who weighs 286 pounds. I began a weight loss program exactly a week ago. My caloric intake for each day has been under 1000 calories, and each day I have gone to the gym and engaged in a cardiovascular workout for at least 30 minutes, buring an approx. 450 calories per session. Before this diet, my eating was truly out of control, and I had NOT exercised for about a year.My question is, why have I only lost one pound this week? Any ideas, insights would be much appreciated.

It could be because you just started this program and your body isn t used to the exercise. I m pretty sure than once you gain more muscle tone you ll start burning it off faster (more muscle = more calories burned), besides, you can t lose it all just like that. Takes time and dedication. Just stay positive and be patient.

Well, your body is adapting to new things. If you haven t exercised in a year, your body may need time to adjust. Second, a pound is great! There is nothing wrong with slowly losing weight. Third, under 1,000 calories? Because you used to eat lotsmore, your body is in survival mode and is holding on to all of the calories it can get. Stick with 1500-2000 calories a day. That s a healthy range. Remember to eat lots of fruits and veggies! Good luck with your new lifestyle and continue in the direction you re going in! -Micayla

It sounds like you are not eating enough. I know that sounds counter intuitive, but if you don t give your body enough nutritious food, it will shut down and hoard fat.I adopted a whole foods, plant-based diet and easily lost 25 pounds. I eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and some soy products. I have tons of energy and my skin looks a lot better too.The site below helped me with meal plans, recipes, and motivation. I also started a walking plan as they suggested. Hope it helps you.

It is not advisable to go below 1200 calories for female. You indicated that you went to the gym and perform 30 minutes burning 450 calories. If the reading is taken from the equipment you are using never trust it. Calories burn depend on a lot of factors and the reading is never accurate. I do advise you to proceed to this website www.lowerbodymakeover.com . I am sure it will help you a lot.

Because you are taking in less calories than your body needs to survive. You cannot drop that low in calories and work out with a good outcome. You are depriving your body of fuel (energy). Your metabolism goes into stall mode or starvation mode. You need to be doing minimum 1200 calories, about 90-100 grams of protein and 30-40 grams of fiber in your diet. Just like you need to put gas in the car you need to give your body fuel to burn or you will just store fat and burn muscle.

Losing weight is always a very hard battle to accomplish but if you have the right learning tools available you can succeed. I lost 56 lbs in five months. I tried everything possible and the only thing that has given me the will power to keep going and the energy was phentramin D. I had so much energy that I wanted to exercise. I have been off of it for a yr and a half and have kept it off.It could be that your gaining muscle too so dont get discouraged. Its hard to stay focusedSource(s):http://www.SlimEffects.com

Your body thinks you are starving it.Your metabolism will shut down and you won t burn fat because your body will need it . You have to eat to lose! The right food and the right exercise and not so few calories!!! I truly believe in weight watchers. It has a great support group and it works!

you are starving your body and therefore it is trying to hold onto the fat you already have because you aren t feeding it.you need to start eating smaller meals throughout the day that are large, but low in calories, lots of fiber and water will help you!

You should probably see a nutritionist or a trainer because that combination of eating and exercising probably isn t healthy for your body. Keep in mind that you re building muscle when you work out, and muscle weighs more than fat.good luck!

Do you have PCOS? Women with PCOS have an extremely difficult time losing weight. A lot of women don t know they have it-- you might want to look it up and see if you have the symptoms.

I agree with most of the people on here saying that you aren t eating enough. What you need to do is eat 1500 to 2000 calories and spread that out over 6-8 small meals a day. By eating more frequently, your body has to constantly digest food and your metabolism will increase. The other factor is that it s not really how many calories but what type of calorie. If you eat 1000 calories and it is all carbs and fat than you are just hurting yourself. You need about 45-65 percent carbs, 10-35 percent protein, and 20-35 percent fat. Protein should be based of your ideal weight and for women (unless you re into bodybuilding) you should take in 1gram of protein for every 2 pounds of your ideal weight. So if your ideal weight is 150 pounds, then you should eat 75 grams protein. Your fat should be from healthy fats like almonds or mixed nuts or fish oil.Take a multivitamin and eat fruits and veggies to keep balanced diet. Lastly, you should try to do cardio first thing in the morning while there is a low amount of carbs in your system so that your body burns fat in place of the carbs.

Don t be too concerned by the amount of weight you lose each week. I suggest that you focus on turning your current program into a habit and strive to exercise and follow a healthy diet plan regardless of weight loss. I find that most people whose end goal is to lose weight ends up burning out and gaining back what they have lost. Try exercising and diet for the sake of a healthier lifestyle, and the weight loss will definitely come.As for your program, here are a few suggestions:1. Do not, and I mean do not, work out 7 days a week. Olympic athletes don t even do this, why should you? your body needs time to rest for your next work out session. Try working out Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, and light cardio on Sat. 2. Your caloric intake is really low, this is counter-intuitive. Your body will shift into survival mode (think hibernating bears) and store any calories you take in as fat for reserve. Once this happens, more calories that you eat afterward are allocated to subcutaneous fat.3. You ve only been in the program for 1 week. Don t expect too much, focus on making this habit! Your weight fluctuates during the day, everyday, due to water contentKeep up the cardiovascular exercise, its good that you took the initiative to do this. Once again, exercise and a healthy diet should not be a means to an end, but an end in itself. This will sustain your motivation longer!

I just started on Papayamine. It is NOT a diet but a whole food! It helps by giving your body all the nutrition it need and is also a fiber so it digests slower. This keeps you full longer nad removes cravings. I take one shake in the morning mixed with orange juice. Then two capsule a couple hours later. Then another shake for lunch. Then two capsules 20 min. before dinner. I have lost a bunch of weight with this.http://www.papayamine.comYou are putting your body into a state of ketosis and causing your body to retain fat. This will also make you gain your weight back very quickly. I suggest you take the Papayamine. You won t be starving your body but you will be consuming low fat and low calories yet still retain a nutritional balance.
