How much weight can I lose on the treadmill? -

Okay, so I m trying to lose weight before my school goes to Soak City in June. I m 14, 5 3, and 130 lbs. I have a lot of extra fat on my body I would like to eliminate. So I ve been walking/speed Walking on the treadmill everyday for 30-45 min. Can I lose weight fast in about 2 months if I continue to do this?

Drink at least 8, eight-ounce glasses of water every day. If you re overweight, drink an additional glass for every Twenty-five pounds of excess weight. Now ,make sure you eat well each day.eat foods like fruit,veggies ,baked and boiled meats,no fried foods, no eating before bed , no junk food, no sugar ,no butter, no mayo,and eat fat free cheese drink milk it will help take off pounds around the belly and sides,no hot dogs or lunch meat.eat less bread,i like to make big meals like bake extra chicken with veggies ,then you can snack on leftovers,i hope i helped,you can lose about 15 lb.s ,in a few months

using the treadmill for 30-45 minute will burn about 200-245 calories and if you goes up hills with incline of 5.5.and speed of 6.4 with your weight and that speed you will burn more and you may burn more than 300-400 calories and you will end up losing fat more quickly and your body will get firmed and defined very fast best of luck and enjoy your workout

Your body will get used to the intensity you work at, so you should increase the speed that you exercise. Its not necessarily the amount of time but the intensity of you��re your workout, but a couple minutes added on wouldn��t hurt.

walking wont make much of a difference, maybe like 5 pounds (at most). try a light jog on the treadmill, its not realli running, and its not hard to do, and then try to build up that jog into a light run,, and so on. this way u are sure to see and like ur results.

Well I lost 5 pounds in one week by doing that and not eating bread. Bread has a lot of carbs, so I say keep walking like that and avoid eating bread as much as possible.

I believe it depends on a persons Metabolism. Try it if it works it works , if not just go on your trip and have fun anyway.

Liposuction. That is the only way to lose fat cells.if you take a diet, the fat cells only get smaller and if you then stop the diet, they will grow big again fast.

I know this might sound skeptical, but my wife and I swear by this book we happened to find searching the web for that end all cure all that everyone s looking for. We ve must of read through it like a dozen times by now. Instead of frying things try baking them without fat. Baking is by far a healthier method of preparing food than frying. Baking requires lesser oil or fat.

You should run. It s the best exercise. I personally HATE running, so damn much. But on a treadmill its not so bad.

How to lose weight without putting pressure on the knees.? -

Dear Sir/Ma mMy stats are as follows I am 27yrs, 6 ft 194 pounds. I have not been physically very active for the last 3 to 4 years. I would like to lose at least 20 pounds, but the problem is I cant really jog much because I have a hereditary knee problem and I dont think it will be advisable to put so much pressure on the knees. I d like to start by saying 6 ft 194 lbs is an acceptable Height to weight ratio. However, Swimming, is an enjoyable excersise that puts no stress on the knees.

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. If your local gym has a pool in it, thats a great way to excercise without pressure on your knees. you can run in shallow water and it works the same muscles. Try running in 3 ft of water first, and as you get stronger, try doing 4 ft.

Sameer - Cycling.....you get your cardio on a bike...Do weight exercises on a bosu. (With the round side upwards). (Squats, lunges) You can also do weights with theraband.Avoid leg presses or all kind.

I dont want to harm my body by losing to much weight in a short period of time but i do want quick results. I m trying to lose about 20 to 25 pounds. Well may I suggest going to a gym? And getting a teacher that will push you to loose wait? If not that go on a diet, go for jogs, or even just speed walking walks. I hope that helps! Good luck!

for ur height, trying to weight 110 lbs may not be so healthybut i suggest you get a netflix account for $5 a month and get two exercise dvds a month. that s what i do
