Tips On how to lose weight fast.? -

I want to lose weight fast please help .. im 5 ft 4 142 pounds and want to be 120 by april please help...any tips on exercises or websites with tips on calories please help... I need to lose this weight for a vacation me and my husband are taking in may...any help would be apprecited.. thanks

Exercise - Drink plenty of WATER - Eat half of what you normally eat.

Eat healthyLimit your junk food ( you may have some)Limit your fat in greasy foodsGo out for a run or bike ride each day (1 or 3 should do)Hopes this helps.

omg you have asked this before I think or someone did. Um you should talk to your doctor b/c he can tell you which diets will make you lose water weight fat muscle and such and he can find one right for your age and lifestyle. xoxo Jeana

Well, there are unhealthy ways to lose weight quickly, but trust me...don t do them. Its not healthy. If you really wanted to you could feasibly get down to 132-130 by beginning of April. If you are concerned about looking good in a bikini, then more importantly is not the number on the scales, but whether you are toned or not. Either way, I suggest looking at your diet, look at Weight Watchers, as losing weight is like 60-70% what you eat. Then go to bodybuilder.com to get some insight and inspiration from women who have lost 100s of pounds by working out and dieting. If you drastically change your diet to lost the weight, it will come back as soon as you resume regular eating habits.If you start eating better, being more active, and taking care of yourself, you ll look better. Don t shoot for a weight loss goal, try for measurements instead. If you re exercising and gaining some muscle, your weight won t seem to go down very fast because muscle tissue weighs more than fat tissue.Eat sensible, healthy meals. When you buy groceries, always check food lables. Try to stay under 10 grams each of sugar and fat, and get at least 3 grams each of protein and fiber.Find an exercise or video you enjoy doing, so that you don t give up.There is no secret or magic to weight loss. Any weight that is lost fast usually comes back just as fast. Just get onto a sensible diet and exercise routine and you will lose the weight. By the way, 142 isn t bad at all for your height. Your still a good weight, 120 might be a little too thin. Good luck whatever you choose to do.

How can i lose weight fast without running? -

There really isn t anything fast about losing weight. Think about. Most people add weight over many years, It isn t going to come off over night. However, if you eat the right foods, exercise and take the right supplements, you should be able to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week until you are at your desired weight. If you want to lose weight the best thing you can do is eat really healthy food by trying to stay away from any junk food, encluding:(chocolates,chips,candy,and etc.).Also another good weigh to lose weight is to exercise daily, but don t over exercise. In order to do that you can go for walk weekly , go to any gym that s closest or nearest to you, or try any work out videos that best suit you.

There is no good way to lose 60 lbs fast. If you lose it slowly by changing your lifestyle, you ll keep it off. You could start by walking 30 min a day- since it s been so nice out, that s fun! You could also swim, which is very easy on your joints and doesn t really feel like exercise either. I don t know what your diet is like, but if you drink a lot of soda, cutting that out will help a lot too. You could drink flavored seltzer water (just make sure there s no sugar or aritificial sweeteners), which is not as boring as water. Um thats a lot of weight to lose. I am a sports nutritionist myself.Don t try and lose more than a pound a 1/2 week. You will lose all of your muscle mass and it will be very very very bad for you.Trust me that is a really bad idea to do on your own. You need to talk to a doctor and come up with a plan. There is no way you can lose 60 pounds on your own. Also various supplements may also help you lose weight. But they will not help you lose that much weight.Remember there is no magic pill and anything that is too good to be true probably is!IM me if you have any questions. I help you figure it out.

when trying to lose alot of weight, its best if it comes of slowly. Then it will for sure stay off. If you don t really like any exercising, just make yourself start walking. You will probley start actually enjoying it. After a couple weeks you will build up your stamina and start walking faster and challenge yourself on hills. Then you might even like running when you start seeing results. Running feels great to me now.

There s no real fast way to lose 60lbs or any amount of weight the healthy way. If you don t like running...try jogging or fast pace walking or bike riding instead. All will differ in the amount of calories you burn but it s better to do something then nothing at all. Good luck hun!

um...a tip- jump ropping is much easier than running and you burn the same amount of calories in half the time, so 2 minutes of jumping rope is equivilant to 4 minutes or runningand swimming is fun because you work every muscle and it is easier on joints, plus you can t feel it when your sweating and you are constantly cooled off in the water

60 pounds is a lot if you want to lose that much then you must be huge and by the way laziness wont help you lose that get up and run to lose something also try sit ups and maybe if you really want to lose that go see a doctor and ask about liposuction
