I need tips on how 2 lose weight faster. I am a 14 yr old girl who is over weight but Im not all that big. -

Tip One: Exercise, be active. To lose weight, you must BURN more calories than you NEED to maintain your current weight. Add at least 30 minutes to 1 hour of activity a day. Walking, running, dancing, swimming, working out, et cetera. Just move.Tip Two: Eat breakfast and every 3 hours after that. Small meals, balanced meals -- some good carbs, good fats, and protein. Consistency is everything.Advice -- speak to a licensed dietician, as well as your primary care physician. Make sure you are clear to do everything you will need to do to lose weight.

do gym in school if you arent already, join the school sports clubs (running club made me loose 5 lbs- as if im not underweight already; try out for the team too!), cut down on the hamburgers and fries, get good sleep, walk to school if you can, eat your fruits and veggies, drink 8 cups of water a day, de-stress yourself as much as possible (so maybe get your homework done on time and earlier),hang out with friends that eat healthy, live healthy and look healthy (like dont hang out with the anerexic fast food eating girls),cut the caffeine...um thats all i can think of now...

eat fruits and vegetables, no FASTFOOD, be very picky, eat lean meat, don t eat any saturated fat; oils and fats whihc seem solid like margarine, animal fat, and exercise! drink lotsa water!

cut your sugars and starches eat more natural sugars that are in fruits

you probably don t need to lose weight have you asked I friend or an adult?Well if your sure you do you should do a fun exercise and eat healthy food and depending on how wealthy your family is you could get a personal trainer but if you don t just don t worry your probably are not overweight!

do your best to be healthy, but stay confident in who you are. you are beautiful, with or without a few extra pounds

Get off the couch or out from in front of your computer and go on a walk, or run! Drink plenty of water and eat natural food that you can find in your own garden, you could even take up gardening, the food you grow is healthier for you anyways and gardening will keep you off the couch. Also when you snack or b4 u snack ask yourself if your really just hungry or if your bored, if your bored thin of something productive to do and do it! If you decide you really are hungry eat an apple or a banana, or any veggies with a low fat dip!

I have searched the world over and have found the solution! My friend is on these products, and she let me try some of hers. It s important to make sure that you watch what you eat and exercise often. It s a combination of both. You can t just do one or the other.

Losing weight fast isnt the best idea. One its not healthy, two you re more likely to gain it all back and a little extra.Dieting at your age isnt neccesary. Just cut out fast food and junk food. Snack on vegtables and fruit. Have lower far dairy products, whole grain pastas and cereals and just normal exercise (walking, bike riding, roller blading, etc).If you are really that concerned, ask your doctor to refer you to a Nutrionist.

If i wake up and eat no breakfast then eat some veggies at lunch and some at dinner , drink atleast 2 water bottles a day and walk the dog evrey night for a tleast 20 mins , will i start losing weight?

yes but you need to eat breakfast it kick starts your metabolism. and if you can try doing some strength and intense cardio training it will help. But remember, its not what you eat its how much you eat. You can eat anything you want just dont go crazy at the buffet table. make sure you eat some kind of meat to. The best being fish or Poultry. You should not skip breakfast, I have one egg and toast. When I eat I have 1 fruit, side salad, protien and a side like rice, beans etc...

you need to eat breakfast , have fruit and some wholegrain toast ,but the rest is good maybe increase you food intake a bit during lunch though :)

Start exercising about cardio every day for a least 30 minutes more than that will be beneficial. Cardio being exercises in which get your heart pumping with no stopping such as running, treadmill, stationary cycling, jogging with no stop. Eat 6 small meals per day with low sugar and protein ex. such as skinless chicken breast, tuna. Also, replace milk with skim or low-fat. Soy milk is also good. Replace, bread with whole grain bread. With no high fructose corn syrup you must look at it on the back on the ingredients of the bag. Eat nuts for they are good type of fats. Salads, should be with balsamic vinagrette dressing again check for high fructose corn syrup. Cut out sugar and replace them with fresh fruits. Add vegetables to your meals. Snacks are considered a meal. Try to eat small not large. Make sure not to exceed the 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day. Try to have a cereal with no high fructose corn syrup and low on sugar. If you must add sugar add splenda. And I believe that is all. Hope this helps.
