Should I have cayenne pepper right before bed to lose weight? -

If I have cayenne pepper right before bed, will that speed up my metabolism and make me lose weight faster when sleeping?....rather than if I went to be on any empty stomach?

Not sure about cayenne pepper. My partner tried the lemon detox. He did not like it. It was very draining for him. However, he s now drinking something else that has given him loads of energy, feels fitter looking gr8. He didn t do any gym work or exercises because he s always working long hours. Clinical research says this boosts your metabolism targets the stomach area.

Im a female and I need to lose weight fast! Whats the QUICKEST way? -

Please don t say don t say diet and exercise because I know that. I m looking for a qucik fix. Does the Wu-Yi diet work?

Atkins. Stop ALL sugar, carbs, junk. In two days your metablism will change from sugar burning to fat burning, and in a couple of weeks you will lose plenty of weight.Exercise too, but intensive interval training. You need to sweat and be out of breath.
