Whats the best website for checking how many calories i burn a day? -

so basically i want to loose weight and i was wondering what is the best website to go to check how many calories there are so many and each answer is different. what website do you guys reccomend?and if you have any weight loss tips i REALLY would appreciate those too!

Intense weight loss tips, before July? -

Hey, I really need to get in the best shape possible before early July. I m not seriously overweight or anything, but I m definitely bigger than I want to be. I m not concerned with how many pounds are lost, I just need the weight loss to show in my body. I m pretty much willing to do anything at this point, but I need help. What exercises would be the best to tone my body and make it look better? I have a gym I m using, by the way. Any diet tips would also be much appreciated. No rude answers, please. Cardio Cardio Cardio. It really isnt hard to lose weight, it just takes commitment and consistency. I think everyone knows how to eat healthy, they just choose not to. Its not good that you have a deadline to when you want to lose a certain amount of weight. Excersize and eating healthy are LIFESTYLE changes. Your never going to be healthy if you don t change your lifestyle, make it a life goal, not a july goal

What are easy teen friendly weight loss tips? -

I am 14 5 4 and lets say somewhere between 125 - 150 lbsthats not healthyi really need to lose some weighti have soccer every weekday for two hours and and almost always exercise on the weekends. i have been eating smaller portions and lots of fiber so i stay full longer. i have also been laying off fat - filled foods. i have been at this for at least a month but no results.please help.p.s. im not gonna stop eating or use diet pills

Eating right and staying fit are a must when trying to lose weight. But detoxifying your body every once in a while will also give dramatic results. Well, considering you are participating in soccer practice every weekday for 2 hours, I think it is fair to say that you do more then enough exercise.So, the only other possible thing that I can think of is decreasing your portion size more and alternating your foods. For example, try switching your jelly to sugar free jelly or replace your cheese with a half fat brand etc. Do you know how many calories you are consuming ? If not, it might help if you start keeping a check. Perhaps you could start a little food diary to give you an idea of how much you are eating and how many calories you are getting. Remember that you should be eating slightly more then a normal person though because you are doing so much exercise ! Oh and if it s any consolation, a lot of your weight is probably muscle - and muscle weighs more then fat.P.S - Not not eating or using diet pills is a good idea. Not eating is not a route you want to go down. My girlfriend is Anorexic and it s awful.

Good weight loss tips for a 19 year old girl that is borderline diabetic? -

i found out yesterday that i am borderline diabetic, my doctor said even 10-15 lbs might help. i have been working out and watching what i eat for months anyways because i know i am overweight. it just doesnt seem to be working. does anyone have any ideas?

Have a clear soup [ miso maybe ] and a salad before lunch and dinner.Not too much dressing.Watch out for fried foods.Count your calories AND carbs per meal and per snack.Shoot for 60 carbs per meal and 15 carbs for 3 snacks a day.Load up on veggies.Learn the carb counts of varies foods.Example : Breakfast :2 scrambled eggs with onions, green pepper and one piece of ham.1 orange.Snack : Low fat yogurtLunch : Clear soup, salad with low fat meat and cheese.V8 juiceSnack:a small handful of almonds and one fruit .Dinner : Clear soup, Salad, 3-4 oz protein,two carb servings [ 1 cup potatoes or a cup rice or a cup beans or corn ]Snack :a brownie or cookie and milk.Good luck.

my sister who is 25 just lost 35 pnds and she is type 1 diabetic meaning insulin depandant. She has always had a hard time losing weight with this disease. She actually saw a nutritionist about what type of foods to eat and exercises to do to lose weight. The healthy way of course. She plays tennis swims jogs anything vigourous and cardio. I am not sure what she was told to eat but for proper healthy weight loss I reccomend you do what she did cause it is working she looks great.

down to exercise and diet really. Just control the fats ur putting in if you cant or dont exercise then do things that you can do.Walk more places for example. Take long walks or hikes. Although proper exersise will make it go faster

well on a diet you don t have to starve yourself its not good for yourself and you will look like a skeleton. for a diet you should stick to a normal diet with not to much food but ur 3 meals and maybe a snack between lunch and dinner and you can eat cookies just not all the time and absolutely no coke or stuff thats what messes people up on diets. and beuty tips try eating fruit and stuff and it gives ur skin a slight glow to it and don t put on to much makeup cuz then u block ur natural beuty

A simple way to loose some weight is simple but cutting out soda and juice. One a day isnt so bad but if you drink 8 classes of water a day you will notice a big difference and how you feel and eventually your weight.
