How to lose weight and fast? -

I am not fat but not skinny im in the stage of going to over weight im only 14 and i hate it becuase all my friends go to the beach and can look good but i have flab and my weight is about 65-70 kilos which most of my friends are 55-65 and i know everyone is diff but if i dont fell like i like my body then i want to change i will and i hate going into a store and having to look at the 16 sometimes 14 but i want to be in 12-14 and i cant go to a gym and i cant be bothered going anywhere or hurting my body by not eating. Its hard for me and i want to fell gopd about myself because everyone should but what do i do?

it s the little things that matter you can eat healthier dairy products (mainly low fat yogurt with no fruit filling) can be very helpful towards diets eat a lot of fruits and veggies and drink water you can do small exercies at home for example start with 10 crunches a day and add one every day dont do sit ups because it s bad for the back and the tail bone you can also do some lowerbody excersises lay on the floor flat on your back and raise one leg off the ground about 6 inches and hold for a few seconds then do the other leg once you build more lower abb muscle then you can try both feet and you can do a few push ups each day keep in mind you dont need fancy equipment to lose weight it s will power but never push yourself too hard because you can hurt your body and become immobile always eat healthy and get plenty of exercise even if you dont lose weight your heart will be in good shape and you ll live longer than those people that are really skinny i wish you the best of luck

i lost weight really fast by eating just fruit and vegetables.You can just about eat as much fruit as you want and not put on weight.Fruit also has living enzymes and is full of nutrients so your skin and hair will also benefit.Remember to get enough protein though and iron. I get this through a little liver and some raw organic milk or whey.Pass on all the junk food and fad diets you see around. Fruit and vegetables are tops for losing weight and keeping it off. I weight lift so my only problem is gaining weight. hehe

Hi go easy eat everything u desire but after work out hard and eat wholemeal bread and play ur fave sports it all ways keeps you moving! And dont eat avacado peanut butter and fatty foods! Also you might be intrested of joining a gym and if not just keep it low on calories. Dont have over 1000 calories a day! Only have palm size serves of food hope this helps

A good way to loose weight, is by drinking lots of water. About 2 liters a day, or more if you can. If possible, you should also try getting active. Cut off, or minimize your sugar intake, and also eat less pasta, bread, rice etc.This worked for me. Once you lose weight, graduallly add your sugars back, but dont drink less water..

You need to stop judging yourself by others...you think you are uncomfortable with your body...all those friends of yours are uncomfortable with theirs too...that s what teens girls do...feel uncomfortable with a heck of a lot of things about themselves. Your weight is good and not that much different than the average. If you want to firm up then exercise and eat healthy...these are a must to weight control. Good Luck

I don t know exactly what those kilos are in pounds but in order to maintain your weight you need to eat exactly that much claories. For example if you are 140 pounds, if you eat approximately 1400-1500 calories you won t gain and you wont lose.

DONT EAT FOR 4 DAYS IT REALLY WORKS...IT DOSENT MAKE YOU DIE OR GO TO THE HOSPITAL...ITS ONLY 4 DAYS....THEN YOULL BE ALLRIGHT...AND LOOKIN ALLRIGHT...ITS WHAT I DID BUT IM A GUY...or you could try working out...eating healthy...watching for calories...stay below 400 a day...go for a run twice a day...and drink 6 cups of water a day..all those will get you to your goal very fast and yeah i mean very fast...

HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT FAST? -

I am starting track next week and I need to lose weight before I join. How can i do this without being really uncomfortable? (It doesn t have to be 100% healthy, its just for a week)

dont eat alot and go run or do somthing that makes you swet a lotbreakfast-yogurt, bananna and a water bottle.lunch- somthing small ( salad)dinner-somthing small

Weight Lifting helps you lose fat, lots of it, although your weight may go up as muscle weighs more than fat.And swimming (especially underwater) burns lots of calories and build your lungs (which is very useful)Also, you can burn 200-600 calories every 15 minutes by jump-ropingAnd biking is good for you and easy on joints.

I know from experience that two-a-days during football can make one lose weight fast. I lost 20 lbs the first two weeks. I could see soccer, track, and basketball all helping one lose weight fast.

What can I do to lose weight fast? -

I still want to eat. . .and I will exercise. Elliptical or exercise bike 50-60 min a day. Low fat, low cals, etc. i have been stressed and I have added a lot of weight and now that is stressing me out. I hate myself for gaining.

Give yourself time! If you are eating healthy and doing 50-60 minutes a day of cardio you are doing all the right things.Don t feel guilty for gaining weight! It happens!You want to be losing about 1-2 lbs a week of pure fat. If you lose more than this, it means you are losing muscle. Muscles are what help you burn fat and lose weight that will stay off. You need to keep them around!Just keep working at it and be patient with yourself. You re doing great.

well its a lot easier to put on weight than it is to lose, you need to get the doctor phil weight lose book, my mom used it. and she went from a size 18 to 12 s in just a few months. your suppose to change your eating habits for good, not just diets cause lol diets dont work. they really dont and they dont work cause they are so hard to stick to.and my mom paid like 20.00 for the book.

write down everything you eat (and the amount of calories) normally for a few days. then cut your calories to around 1,200-1,400 a day. and continue to write every thing down.cut out junk food, fast food, and bad sugars. cut out carbs, pasta, white bread, potatoes... anything white.instead use whole grains, and and fruits as your crabs.eat lean protein like chicken, and fish. plenty of veggies. and only drink water. at least 8 cups a day.then exercise. cardio work outs for 1 hour every other day

Follow this routine strictly, and I assure you to lose at least 2 lbs a week. I ve lost up to 4.5 lbs.1. Wake up early, and drink a glass - small bottle of cold water on an empty stomach, this will cause your body to increase your core body temperature, and therefore burning calories.2.
