Whats the best way to lose weight QUICK? -

I know, crash dieting and losing weight fast is very unhealthy and it doesn t keep the weight off, but i want to know what you personally think works the fastest. I was about 135 pounds a month ago and now I m 120. I want to lose these last ten pounds within a few weeks... no hate e-mails please! :)
