The best way to lose weight is doing it slowly, in my opinion.You should decide how many calories you want in your diet, and then I would recomend looking for items that are low calorie, but also low fat, but it all depends on what you are doing for your diet. The main thing for a diet to work is just to consume fewer calories than what you are burning, so lower calorie is best. But the thing about just lower calorie is that you don t want to get something that is lower calorie, but still has a ton of fat, and you don t want to get something that is low calorie but with a ton of sugar. Just look at the labels and you need to figure out what fits into YOUR diet.

Breakfast should be the largest meal of the day. You can have 5 meals but each progressively smaller. The best answer is walking at least 10,000 steps a day. I do these exercises 3-5 times a week and they re great for toning.Hip Outer Thigh Toners: Lay on your left side with your legs straight out and toes pointed, so your body forms a straight line. Next, bend your left elbow and rest your upper body on your left forearm. Now, strech your right leg straight out in front of your body. Your left leg remains in its original position. Lift the right leg up and down slowly in front of you with your toes pointed. Lift the right leg 15 times. Complete a total of three repetitions of 15 lifts. Repeat entire process on the right side lifting the left leg. (do not lift any higher than 8-10 inches off the floor) Inner Thigh Toners: Start out on your left side, in the same position as mentioned in the Hip Outer Thight Toners section. The best way to lose fat is cardio I would say jump roping or jogging.. you could also try some strength training exercises as well that will also help you to burn the fat as well as tighten up the problem areas. but you definitely should watch what you eat as well otherwise all your efforts will only be going to burn off what you ve eaten rather then the fat that is already stored. I wouldn t say go on a diet because I don t believe in diets.. if you go on a diet then you have to go off a diet later right. I think it is better to change your life long eating habits by choosing healthy foods that you like and watching your portion sizes.. not calorie counting or only eating radishes or some other diet that you know you will probably give up on.

In MY opinion, I think the best game for you AND the most fun is Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party 2.It s a REALLY good workout for your legs, and I know that from experience.
