How can I lose weight fast? (Im over weight :S)? -

Well I went to my doctor, and he told me that I m 30 pounds over weight, and that for the sake of my health, I need to loose weight. The thing is that I want some advice on how to lose weight fast, like do s and dont s, and anyhting else....thanks :D

I do know that it is healthier to lose weight at a slow and steady rate, rather than really fast. Stay away from fad diets, because they can be unhealthy and it is hard to keep the weight off.

Maybe you could join a gym. Get some friends to join with you so you can have some motivation.

Try ali it seems to be workinq for me i lost 5 pds in 1 mth and

run, jog, walk around a park

Hop on a exercising bike do 8 second of fast work and 12 seconds of moderate. Repeat for 20 min. Women who do this loose more weight from their legs and butt, then women who ride at a moderate pace for 40 min. Do this 5-6 days per week. Keep calories between 1450-1500 per day(healthy calories) Drink lots of water. You can replace this occasionally with cardio and overall stay active during the day and get AT LEAST! 8 hours of sleep. Also keep stress down the absolute best that you can.I did this and I lost 10 lbs. in about 3 weeks, and I look great and I m SO proud of my self! :-)

Don t starve yourself. If you want to lose weight, eat a diet consisting of only fish, egg whites, skim milk, fruits, vegetables, and fat-free bread for a number of months. Avoid saturated fats especially. It s also good to avoid processed sugar. Get lots of sleep, as this is good for digestion, and increases metabolism during the day. It s also good to get a moderate to high amount of exercise.

Weight watchers. I personally do not know anyone who does it but have seen a lot of people on here who say they know someone who did it and it s great!! You can still eat what you like... I don t know much about it, but it is a healthy (maybe slow but still healthy) way to lose weight.

you should involve in frequent physical exercise, quantity of your daily food reduced and try to aviod too much sleep.

damn

You know it s interesting, I was in your same situation about 3 months ago (during Christmas time), and it wasnt until a friend told me about http://www.findhowtoloseweightfast.com that I was able to get a solid answer! Basically a group of people are reviewing all the different weight loss methods that ARE working, from herbal supplements to diet strategies. My mom (who is in her late 50s) lost about 20lbs over the last 2 months through a diet plan they recommended. I lost 45lbs!! Of course I cheated and went the herbal supplement pill route, but I chose the same one Oprah now uses, so to each their own right :)Good luck either way! Tons of information to success out there!

Like stop eating duh!

You can try drink Green Tea. Green tea works by removing extra bowels movement out of your system. Also along with a healthy diet and exercise such as running/situps would help. I hope this helps xD.

The best thing you can do is go to NowLoss.com - the hompage lays outa 7 step plan on ho to lose weight fast and the guy there will help you lose 30 pounds fast

Well i lose weight fast if i only ate fruits, veggies and lean meats? -

i exercise a lot everyday too

Possibly. But fruits can be high in sugar, which is just as bad as eating carbs. You are also missing dairy products. I think you are best to stick with what you have but maybe substitute low fat yogurt for one of the fruits and add some whole grains. Watch your portions and I think you will be fine!

yea u will but also watch your fruit its high in sugar

You won t get all your nutrients, but you will lose weight..

Eat only organic meat, poultry fishOne of the reasons you are overweight is because of the growth hormone put in meat and poultry. If you want to lose weight, eat as much meat and poultry as you like as long as it is organic, grass fed, kosher, and most importantly, has not been given growth hormone. The fish you eat should not be farm raised. For more proven tips on how to lose weight check my site there is a link to it in my profile.

Yeah you deffinetly will! but youll also crave bread like crazy!! So you might as well incorporate a little wheat bread or something so you dont binge on twinkies or pasta.

yes. you will. you would probably be much healthier as well. things like bread, rice, and other carbohydrate rich food do nothing but provide energy. not very many nutrients at all. not only that but if you dont use that energy then its stored as ugly fat.you should save your appetite for things that are good for you. make sure you get your calcium as well. things like milk and cheese are good in moderation. sweet potatoes are very healthly as well, but also in moderation. eat things like apples, bananas, celery, steak, baked chicken, carrots, grapes, you get the idea. all in moderation though. fruits are very healthy for you since they have much needed vitamins and antioxidants, but they also have very healthy sugars in them, but just like any other sugar it gets turned into fat if you eat too much of them. you want to keep diversity in your food as well to ensure you get all your much needed vitamins and minerals. take a multivitamin every day anyway just in case.

Of course go for it girl. Watch the bread and rice though.

It s hard to go wrong with all natural whole foods. If you are indeed consuming whole natural fruits, veggies and lean meats, it s a definite step in the right direction. Watch the fruit consumption for weight loss - most of your carbs should come from veggies, legumes and real whole grains (not breads or cereals but items like whole oatmeal, barley, brown rice, etc). Don t neglect fats as you ll need 20% or more of your daily caloric intake from healthy fats. Eliminating fats will significantly reduce hormone production, speed fat gain and even increase bad cholesterol levels. As you seem to have some grasp on, there s a lot more to a healthy diet than calorie in v. calorie out, what you consume, how often, portion levels and ratio of macronutrients are all equally valid considerations.
