How do YOU lose weight quickly? -

Look, I know all about diet and exercise, I m just wondering what some other people do whether its healthy or not

do diet pills instead of starve yourself, at least get a healthy but strong diet pill and workout . Eat less for awhile, and eventually you will get use to it. The pounds will shed, trust me

quickly unhealthy the finger trick, other than that eat very little, a snack meal a day, Wheaties for breakfast, a fruit and salad for lunch, also a nuitrigrain bar, dinner......something light will very few calories, and work out, and drink lots of water.....and eat little healthy snacks throughout the day

I run. and go to the gym. and eat healthy foods. My metabolism is also whack.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. no need to spend extra money for losing weight, it just takes time thats why some people give up in the first few weeks.eat healthy (no cheating more than once a week) drink plenty of water and green tea and exercise more often.

What are some weight loss videos that acutally work for teens.. like you cuold lose at leat 10-15 pounds or more from. plz help :-)

i joined weight watchers 2 weeks ago and am sticking below the points by eating a yogurt and apple for breakfast, grilled chicken salad for lunch and then another yogurt and apple for tea. Drink plenty of water and go walking or some form of exercise for at least a half hour everyday! I lost 3 pounds last week and 3 this week so 6 pounds in two weeks by sticking to that! And allowing myself the odd treat which isn t affect the weight loss!

idk if there are really videos, but do lots of speed walking and jogging. situps will help to. if that doesnt work, go on wieght watchers. u may think it is only for adults, but my sister went on it, and lost 20 pounds as a 16 year old. check with a doctor before you persue loosing wieght because u might be to skinny!im glad i could help! good luck
