Please answer , is excercise bike and cross trainer as efficent as treadmill? -

Hello my treadmill broke down just as I was to start a weight loss program , my mom is going to order a cross trainer and exercise bike tomorrow for me , are they just as efficient in losing weight?

treadmills are bad for your knees. It is not real walking. I would rather you buy another exercise bike.

Healthy Weight Loss? -

Hey everyone, just wondering if you could tell me how long it will take me to lose 14lbs? At the moment I m 5 foot 4 and 127lbs and after being at University I would love to go back to my normal weight of 113lbs. I eat really healthily...I have a banana and cornflakes/weetabix for breakfast and for lunch I have a greek salad/soup/scrambled eggs with rice cakes and for dinner I have a medium portion of food with limited carbs, I only snack on fruit and I either walk for an hour a day or dance for an hour a day and I m not gonna drink until I lose the weight (even though it s my 20th birthday in 2 weeks!). Any tips on how to lose the weight a bit quicker without it being a crash diet?Thank youuu

I recommend have a high protein cereal or shake for breakfast so you avoid snacking between brekkie and lunch (eg. Special K Advantage cereal)- that what I eat it is so delicious. and have a healthy lunch such as a wholemeal sandwich with lettuce, tomato, low-fat cheese etc) and a healthy dinner. This is all the advice I can give you and this is true that Diets do NOT work, all you can do is just eat more healthy, look at the nutrition on all meals and food, become a nutrition expert that will be the best thing to do, know what ingredients you put into your body and avoid food that give you no help at all. Also Exercise regularly, use your body and get out there. I hope this advice helps you and good luck with your weight loss! My other tip is exersise more, eat less!

Doing an hour of cardio a day is an excellent idea(do it every day with one day off to rest). Make sure to stretch everything good before and after; a strain/sparain could set you back a little. Maybe try and stick to straight protein diet for a bit...Watching your portions is good and so is the healthy snacks.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It s really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Hi. You are doing all the right things to loose weight. don t try to rush it to much, take it easy, it will come in the end. If you rush it to much it will all go back on again when you stop trying to loose weight. Tips.Cut down on salt. To much salt in your diet can put a layer of water underneath you skin, cutting out salt can reduce this layer.Eat only fresh food cooked by yourself. Don t eat any processed food.Hope this helps. It has helped me to loose weight and keep it off.

Try a well-balanced nutritional cleanse. The best one on the market is Isagenix. I gave it a try and dropped 13 pounds in 9-days. It is completely healthy and good for you. Basically, you are cleaning all the junk out of your system and replacing it with lean muscle and super-nutrition. Weight loss is actually just a side benefit. You can get more info from this short video...http://media01.isagenix.com/Corporate/WW

hazfcuk, it seems that you eat really very healthy and regular exercises... I wonder why you will increase weight :)Here is a 7 days free diet course. If you have access to different kinds of food, then you might want to try it :) Hope that it helps. Mind to share why you increase weight despite such healthy lifestyle? I really want to know about it.

I could tell you what I did several years ago,Nearly every day in the swimming pool, without supper, without sweets and alcohol. The effect is guaranteed.

What is a healthy Weight loss goal for someone who...? -

I am currently 230 pounds, 21, female and 5 5. I am at my highest weight ever...and recently gained about 50 pounds in the last few years. Im having a real hard time sticking to any weight loss programs but I know I need to do something. my question is what should I am for my weight to be? I have always been overweight my entire life, although only slightly..until now. I dont know what it feels like to be skinny so Im not sure where I should aim for? help

Don t aim for anything. The reason why is that your problem isn t your weight. Your weight is a symptom of your problem. Even if you set a goal, and make it, the symptom will come back because you haven t dealt with the real problem. It varies from person to person but you either overeat, eat foods that are bad for you on a regular basis, or don t exercise regularly, or all three. Changing those things on a permanent basis should be your goal(s). If you achieve those things, the weight will come off by itself. Your body will settle at a healthy weight for you, whatever that may be.By the way, there is no ideal weight. It s just not a one size fits all kind of thing. Too many people try to aim for this artificial number, rather then simply living healthy.

go to sparkpeople.com it gives you meal plans and exercise prgrams and it s all freeplease try it. it s amazing!

Keep up with your efforts..Good Luck
