In order to minimize stretchmarks is it best to lose weight fast or slowly/normally? -

Probley just build muscle and lose fat.

slow is best, the reason a person gets stretchmarks is because they grew or loss weight rapidly and the skin was stretched out, then shrunk back and could not recover its original shape. so if you use alot of lotion on a regular bases then you should be good.

losing weight gradually is the most healthy and try to build some muscle because abs really reduce stretch marks.

Well, it will make you sweat when you jog / workout. That s the reason why your friends say you lose weight by wearing that plastic thing under your shirt. They are available in sporting goods, i have seen them and i know 2 people who uses it. Sad to say, i haven t seen them lose that weight as much. If you understand well enough,they are losing weight becuase they jog but definitely not because of the plastic suit.When we meet in the street while we jog, the plastic is veru obvious and noisy, they look stupid with it.I hope i answered well, dear.

yes it is true by wearing the plastic ur body heats up and it makes u sweat more but drink a lot of water!! might make u dehydrate. n ur burning a lot of calories but sometimes people overdue and gain back all the water they lost. making it pointless just sweaty. just watch wat u eat and excercise regularly. use should c results in 2-3 weeks

Don t buy anything over the internet! It s not safe dude.One of my friends recently told me that he lost forty pound by only eating watermelon for a year! It sounds crazy... I guess you could try that if you re really desperate. Just exercise and don t eat unhealthy things. Like no soda, and no fast food! Eat more veggies and fruits, and drink lots of water! Find a work out routine that you like, and enjoy. Or else lossing weight will be very hard. Running always helps! :)You re not going to lose like 50 pounds in like a month or two. Try weight watchers it really works as long as you stick to the program...Depending on your weight you get so many points a day plus 35 allowance points so if you want to go out to eat or have a treat or what not!! I started there at 216 pounds I now weigh 188.6 a total loss of 27.4 pounds and it took about 4 months!! Just remember eat what your supposed to eat and drink tons of water and exercise!! I go to the gym at least 5 days a week if not more!!! Good luck
