How to lose weight...? -

im 14 and currently weigh 163, and i am 5 3... i currently play soccer, with practices on tue,wed, and thursday. and i have games during the week.. i am really giving up on everything because im not that fast, but i can run a mile pretty easily.. basically how do i lose 20 pounds, as quickly as possible? i wanna be able to keep up with my teammatees.. thank you!

losing weight may not make u as fast as ur teamates, u say u can run a mile so u have quite good fitness.to lose weight try not eating big meals( breakfast, lunch, dinner), instead have occasional snacks during the day e.g. for breakfast have a fairly big meal to give u a kick start to the day, when u get hungry again eat some thing healthy like carrot sticks, peanuts, apples, bannanas etc. dont eat any fast food and not sweets, lollies and cans of soft drink. try and drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day and stay away form any other form of drink (can of softdrink,apple juice etc.) unless u make some orange juice yourself with fresh bought oranges, dont add anything to the orange juice.for fitness go for a light jog until ur sweating then stretch, then skip for ten minutes flat out with out stopping. 20 push ups and at least 40 sit ups.

There s no magical shortcut to weight loss, just eat healthy and exercise. Now was that so hard?

eat normal becuse fasting does not work at ALL! It only make you fatter and it can kill you. Eat healthy and excercise at least 3-5 times a week...Preferably walking or swimming...You are fairly skinny already which means your matabilisms high,so you should have no problem losing weight. But you shouldnt want to lose weight just to look good becuse your already around your normal weight..Lose weight to be healthy XDI know this will work :]

drink seven cups of water every day and drink water when your eating fruits and vegetables. and eat some chicken sometimes for dinner but grill it or bake it preffurably bake it. and excersis everyday for two hours they say one but two hours will help you more. and the water helps because it flushes out the toxins and stores the nutrients. so when you drink water when you eating healthy food like fruits and vegetables your getting those nutrients. and drink some water before a meal and after.

Okay, So I know that alot of people complain about being fat, and they want to stop eating, but I know it is so unhealthy.I am tired of hearing the same things, Excersise , Watch what you eat , all of that. It hasn t worked. I even went to personal training and it didn t help one bit. She said that I am not over weight, but I have too much percentage of body fat, and if I don t do something about it then I am not going to be to good in the long run.Then people just tell me she said that so she can get money. Hey there, the secret to weight loss is that there is no secret. It just takes a healthy, well-balanced diet and good exercise.If you want to flatten up your tummy, then part of what you need to do is strengthen the muscles in that area. That means doing proper sit ups and other abdominal exercises. The only way that s going to happen is if you actually get out there and work up a sweat. It usually takes about 20 min. of continuous aerobic activity before your body starts burning fat for energy. So find something that you enjoy. You can run, swim, rollerblade, skate, play soccer or basketball, ride your bike, etc. But you have to start sweating. If you aren t sweating, you aren t burning it up.And lastly, your diet. That doesn t mean going on a diet. You want to eat food. Your body needs food and fuel to power your exercise. But certain foods affect your body in different ways. So eat lots of fruit and vegetables and whole grain foods and stay away from all junk food. That s the hardest part. You don t need to lose weight. You say your stomach isn t flat but I bet it is. You are probably just pinching up skin. Just eat healthy and exercise and you will be fine.

I really don t beleive at 13 you should be concerned with your weight considering you are well propertioned for your age and possibly on the thin side for your height, in a few years I m sure your body will start to form more womanly attributes and muscle tone in different areas, but if you feel that it would helpout your confidence a little then definately try do crunches to the sides alternating each side. This probably isn t a good thing, but just put off your growling stomach, and find something else to do it will subside. Clean house or something to keep your mind off, and then when you get hungry, only eat a small amount, enough to get full and that is it. Just keep doing this it should shrink your stomach a bit, then you won t have to eat so much to get full, so you will be burning more calories than you are eating. I wish you the best of luck!

If you take out soda of your diet and drink a bunch of water since water has 0 calories you can see smaller results already. Also the average daily food consumption of calories are 2,000 calories. So you want to eat only up to 2000 calories and if you want faster results you eat less than 2,000 calories. Cookies and cake can contain up to over 300 calories for only about two of them so you get what I m saying?Next is exercise. You want to BURN the calories you ate. Cardio is the best. Meaning walking, running, biking, dancing, etc. Do about 3-5 times a week for about 30min-60min. If you combine the two you can lose weight very healthily per week. hun, lets be realistic. You want to lose 66.4lbs by summer. You have like 22 weeks and it will be mid june. That s 3lbs a week. You ll have to monitor everything you eat and exercises daily. That requires a ton of self control and discipline. I think you should aim for a more reasonable goal, but if you can do this: the more power to you: Good luck :)

why do you need a website? just work out!!!! pay attention to what you eat. stay away from vending machines, meaning STOP drinking juices and sodas, those have a VERY BIGGGGG affect on weight. i mean there s nothing wrong with drinking those here and there, but don t make it a habit. try going to the park and just jog, run or walk.

ok im 12 im going to turn 13 soon and i weigh like 84 pounds i know weird right anyway im short and that s why i weigh so little i think im fat so like at home everyday do some exercises at home like crunches push ups lift weighs and then try to eat healthier like eat some veggies and every once in a while, eat like some chips or whatever...

How tall are you?Don t do it by restricting the basic 4 food groups from your diet because you are still growing it will stunt your growth. Exercise a lot, eat mostly fruit and vegetables. And get different parents.
