how to lose weight by simply eating at home?? how do i do that?? eat less chips?? eat more protein what?? tell me what to do i wanna lose 20 or 5 or even 10 pounds within a reasonable amount of time

80% of the way you look in terms of excess body fat has to do with your nutritional habits. eating at home rather than out at resturants is better because you have complete control over what goes into your food. resturants cook their foods in fatty oils and things like that so you never quite know (unless there is a nutritional chart on the menu) what is in your food. eating properly is tricky so you re going to have to read up on it. books like, eating for life by bill phillips, eat clean by tosca reno, the volumetric eating plan by barbara rolls will help you learn how and when to feed yourself so that you can lose weight without drastically cutting calories or food groups as some fad diets would have you do. also, if you hate cooking check into home delivery programs like nutrisystem or deliciously yours.

You need to eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and lots of lean protein. Bread should be whole grain. Also in order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in so start exercising. Toss the chips.

eat more lean protein: baked or grilled skinless chicken and turkey, fresh vegetables and fruit, eggs (ud be better off using eggbeaters, no cholesterol), UNsalted peanuts and almonds, whole wheat products instead of white bread, no sugary drinks, and work out

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. Your not going to like the answer to this question, but...If you know how to ride a bicycle...do it.!!!(and eat just a tiny bit less of everything...and drink more water...it dilutes the amount of fat that is stored after you eat...) (and sorry...no candy, anymore...)I needed to drop some excess, so I started riding my bike (NOT as an exercise thing) but as a getting something done thing...(within a 2 mile radius...distance will vary based on living area, but the longer the ride, the quicker the pounds dropNeed a video? Ride the bike...Need some tomatoes? Ride the bike...Want to chat with your friend, Agnes? Ride the bike...Need some Ice Cream? Ride the bike in the opposite direction...Need some whatever? Ride the bike...Everyday...

You can t get something for nothing, you need to adjust your perspective a bit and instead of easily try thinking of how you can get in better shape in a healthy manner. Eat right, drink plenty of water, get some decent exercise, and get plenty of rest. No quick answers here. No spot weight loss. Calories in has to be less than calories out to lose weight. But starvation diets won t work, they just trick your body into storing more fat. Running alone won t cut it either. You really need to build some muscle (not huge). Muscle burns more calories at rest than running or dieting will get you. So get some guns and burn your buns!

I lost all my muffin top and it turned into bones, when i started eating Figs. Yea i dont know why, but I ate Figs and bananas all day long.

You can still eat enough to not being hungry all the time, but make sport. Nothing will work without sport!

I have diabetes type 11 and I need ideas on what to eat to lose weight.? -

Here is the deal. I cannot eat sugar, fruit, most vegetables, anything white like bread or flour, no high cholesterol foods. Fruit it loaded with sugar so that is a no no. High carb foods make me fatter. I have tried the Atkins diet over and over and only seem to gain weight in the end. I have a bad back so I cannot exercise. I am at my wits end here trying to figure out what I can eat to lose weight. I know I can eat low-carb foods, chicken and beef broth, fish, all meats and some salad. I think of myself as an intelligent person, but I cannot figure out how to lose weight. I never eat junk food or sweets. Nothing works for me. Thank you.

lean protein, veggies .. lots of water.. and you need to exercise... even if it s just a few minutes per day... it makes a big difference...
