How to lose weight very very very quick.? -

I need to lose weight on my thighs and belly (also i need to get rid of my love handles) Please help me with a daily routine that can help me tone those areas. :)

Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. Vary your routines. Don t eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn t adjust to any one routine. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.http://www.nutrawatch.com/http://www.caloriesperhour.com/http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eahttp://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-the-Hhttp://weightloss.about.com/cs/fitness/ahttp://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/fe

First off there are two most important things to take not of when you wan to lose weight fast. They are1. You Diet and2. Proper Exercising.Diet- This plays an important role in your weight loss goal. This means you have to start eating healthy and avoid all those foods that are taking you further from your goal.Start eating more fruits and vegetables on a daily basis while avoiding too much fatty and sugary foods. You see having to much sugary foods will not only make you sluggish but will also increase you blood sugar lever and slow down the fat burning process. If you are not sure what type of foods to eat then you can always talk with a dietian because it is very important that your diet is on target. Otherwise it will be even more difficult to lose weight.Proper exercise- Nothing speed up your metabolism and help you to burn fat faster than proper exercising. Working out t least 30 minutes per day at least 3 times per week can get your metabolism up very quickly and having you losing pounds like crazy.

one or two pounds a week is very quick. Just eat about 1500 calories a day. mind not all carbs and fats, a good mix. you can look up the calorie content of common foods on-line. Then exercise with a jump rope, run or fast walk, think head to toe. Work all of those muscles. each muscle is connected to other things. So if you move you leg a whole lot of muscle and bone in other parts of your body move as well. don t bother feeling impatient, won t change things anyhow. Good luck.if you need to fit into a dress try a body shaper. It could be more like panty hose material or latex..the kind the old fashioned girdles were made of. It s effective. You could make those love handles 2-3 inches smaller or even disappear under you clothes.Just don t become dependent on it.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

How to lose weight without being unhealthy? -

I m fifthteen.About 5 1 I am short, with very skinny lower legs.On the bigger side with thighs and stomach. How can I fix that without being unhealthy and fast?10 points best answer:)Don t just tell me to eat healthy and run.

Hi There -There is a community for teens on a healthy lifestyle and it has many helpful tools on there such as calorie counters, teen groups to join. This site has a lot of helpful information and also other people your age that are facing the same challenges that you are experiencing.www.sparkteens.comHope this helps!w8losschick

I ve had weight loss success while following these rules:-Don t drink ANY soda. Not even a sip, because then you ll just want more. The cravings will go away, trust me.-Do not eat any junk food. No chips, cookies, sugary cereal, etc.-Get exercise every day. Alteast thirty minutes of it. It doesn t always have to be intense, walking will do just fine on some days. I usually do one of the following: jogging, walking, bike riding, elliptical, jumping on the trampoline, wii fit, DDR.-No white bread or white rice.-Whole grains only.-I became a vegetarian. If you don t want to become a vegetarian, then atleast just stick to lean meats such as chicken and fish.-Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner.-I eat around 1,300 calories daily.-I only drink water, with the exception of a glass of soymilk with my breakfast.-I cut out most cheese from my diet. It can be really fattening. The only kind of cheese I consume is cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. I ve heard that swiss cheese is a good alternative too.-NO fried foods. They re full of fat.-Stay away from mayonnaise.Foods I eat:oatmeal (not instant)whole wheat pita breadhummuscarrotsromaine lettucetomatocottage cheesebananaapplegrapesorangescucumberbeans-such as black beans, lentils, etc.whole grain pasta (only about once a week though)Parmesan cheese-to go on my romaine lettuceKashi golean cereal- not the crunch kind.original cheeriossoymilkeggsKashi trail mix granola barsfrozen mixed veggiesMorningstar garden veggie patties- you can find them in the frozen food isle.morningtar southwest style veggie cakes-also find in frozen food isle.

well it doesn t get much simpler than eating healthy and getting moderate exercise. If you need to know which foods to eat, they should be least processed as possible. Not a lot of packaged stuff. examples, rice, pasta, veggies, red meat, fish, etc etc. It takes time to slim down. If you lose like 3 pounds the next day, it is water weight but keep at it and the fat will burn.

teeheh me too. drink 7-8 glasses of water a day! it really helps curve craving sand makes you eat less. every time your thinking cake or something unhealthy drink a few gulps of water anditll pass. drink green tea it helps boost metabolism w/ its antioxidants

Exercies is not the only wawy. You can still eat plenty of foods. just be careful how they are cooked. No fried foods!

How to lose weight fast but healthy? -

Im only 15 and im 5 3 and 115pds. I want to lose some weight to me fit. not to be skinny. I want to get in a good habit of eating heath. I do exersize too already. Im on the cheer team and wee practice 2 hrs a day for 2-3 days a week. please do nt tell me im fine the way i am i just want to be heathy not thin or perfect.

im 15, 5 3 too and used to be 122 lbs, and now im 110 and still losing. the way i lost it was by walking to and from school everyday (i stopped taking the bus), and i tried to avoid any junk or fast food. i havent ate mcdonalds since last summer, and i dont even crave that stuff. all i drink is water. i jog every other day now, and i play handball which really helps burn calories. try not to stay in watching tv or on the comp, call up friends and go to the park or something. also a month ago i was 113 and i went down to 108 in a week by staying on a diet that only consisted of water, fruit salads, and regular salads. it wasnt exactley healthy, but i lost it, didnt i? i gained a little weight back though because i pigged out on fast food for 3 days straight. for breakfast, i eat this cereal called fiber-one (honey clusters is a tasy one) or kashi go lean , and i have it with skim milk. their whole-grain cereals are full of fiber and protein and are good for weight loss. also avoid white breads, flour, sugar, stick to the healthy whole-grains. its good that your on the cheer team, its a good calorie burner, i will soon be on the volleyball team. well anyways, good luck on your weight loss and hope this helped somehow =)

My best adivce for you is to get the book called Body Clutter it is so wonderful I lost about 30lbs in a month after I read her book and realized what I was doing wrong-you can get it at walmart.com for about $9.00 this includes shipping. Trust me it is wonderful. And it helps you to understand what is heathy, and what is not. You could also try Saving Dinner book. It gives you tips on eating healthy. Then go out and get a Denise Austin DVD of your choice she has such wonderful encouraging DVD. By the time your twenty is up you will not believe that you had been working out for twenty!!I love her stuff!!!Also use your recourses-you live by a street right? Get a favorite CD and listen to it while you jog. Enjoy yourself-this is not a punishing time it is for a better you. Mix it up find unique ways to excersize, scrubb some floor by hand-that burns a lot of calories, park further away from the store and walk a little more to get to your store, walk around the store before you start shopping-all you need is fifteen min. every day to bless your heart and love your body. It works trust me-just spice it up a little bit.Try reading that book it helps a lot!!! It talks all about eating correctly also. Check it out-you will not regret it! Take it easy though with cheer practice you do not want to wear yourself thin-no pun intended.LOL

You have to be pretty healthy in the first place to be on the cheer team, OK. Now are you walking enough, try walking faster when in school and in the evening after dinner, take another walk. OK, Now Try some hand weight and sit ups, do a couple of arm weight exercises, to keep the upper body strong and Sit-upswill keep that stomache thin, and you wil be grining to the practices. eat more friuts and vegs. Cut back on snacks and POP is a definate No, No. No pop at all or candy. good you exercise at practice, just get more into a daily rutine at home.

i dont now how long you have been exersizing everyday but it took me a while to lose the unneeded body weight. Mabye the weight that you are at is the best weight for your height and bone structure, but if it isnt if you eat right and exersice for a while the weight will come off.

Start jogging/running for 30 minutes each day, after awhile of losing pounds and keeping on a good healthy diet cutting out the fats and sugars. You should also start doing the straddle squat where you basically straddle a barbell and do.Grasping the barbell in both hands straddling it slowly dip your knees and hips 4 inches dont lean forget or you ll negate the usefullness of the exercise do this for 12 reps 2 sets per day. This exercise is useful for developing the muscles of the buttocks and thighs. This exercise combined with running should dramatically reduce your fat overall and on your hips thighs and buttocks.

run! That does both, and sculpts youo en espanol...corra!

Eat Negative Calorie Foods . Negative Calorie Foods are those kinds of food that uses up more energy than the calories they provide so, the net effect is negative(less than zero) calories added to the body. So, you can eat more and still lose weight.Examples of these kinds of food are: asparagus, beet, broccoli, green cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili pepper, cucumber, dandelion, endive, garlic, green beans, zucchini, onion, radishes; and for fruits: apple, cranberries, grapefruit, lemon, mango, orange, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, tangerine, papaya. These foods are also called fat-burners. They metabolize the calories from even the other foods you eat. More info from source: http://loseweightsite.net

For someone looking to lose weight, the choices can seem overwhelming. There are over-the-counter products that promise quick weight loss, such as liquid diets and appetite-suppressing pills. Fasting is an extreme option, and doctor-prescribed diet pills are also available. In Lose Weight the Safe Way, these and other weight-loss methods are examined, and guidelines for success are given. The program points out that the best plans include a nutritionally sound diet with fewer calories than usual, sufficient exercise, and lifestyle changes that may require support from friends and family.

Exercising helped me to lose lots of weight when I joined it along with taking acai berry.
