Loose 60 pounds as fast as possible? -

i like vegtables and fruits but i also like sweet i also love to bake sugary desserts i find choosing the healthy food hard even though i like just as much as sweets and i can never stick to a diet for than a day but it is important for me to loose 60 pounds i need a weight loss program that is free and not a free trial i need or something that isnt hard to stick to and lots of healthy recipes

eat alot of fruits and veggies. dont eat late and do alot of cardio. eatting heathy and lite portions will help you lose 60 pounds. good lucc hope you make it.

Can anyone give me info on Herbalife? -

I recently had a baby and the weight seems to be in no hurry to go anywhere. I would like to try their products, but theier website is not very helpful for Canadians. I am hoping someone can tell me what I should buy because I would like to order the products off of Ebay as they seem to be at quite a lower cost according to what the sellers say the regular retail is. I would also like to hear about any peronel experience anyone has with these products. I understand that diet and fitness play an important role in any weight loss program, but I want a little help, thank you.

The cheap Herb-a-life on Ebay is from sellers trying to unload their unsold inventory. While the product is a real weight-loss supplement, the way they sell it is a pyramid scheme.As far as effectiveness, I took it for a couple weeks and hated it. It made my heart race and I felt like my veins would explode at any minute.

True you can order of EBay but you will not get the guidance you need if you have trouble. If you get real hungry or if you Plataea or if you have other problems. How long do you think I should plan to lose 100 lbs? -

I currently weigh 245 pounds. I want to cut down to 145-150. How much time should I space this out over to make sure it s healthy weight loss?

I would try for at least a year. I m pretty much in the same boat as you are, and working towards the same goal. 1-2 pounds per week is the safest/healthiest way to go about it. 52 weeks in a year and 2 pounds per week gives you 104 pounds. The last thing we want to do is lose it all too quickly (as nice as that would be!) and then gain it back and then some. Good luck :)

Which fitness classes are best for burning fat? -

It s my graduation in a months time and I really want to lose around 9 pounds and am aware that is a healthy weight loss in a month but don t know which classes are fat burning classes and which are toning or muscle building classes. I am hoping to do the classes twice a week, use my home treadmill twice a week and walk for about 45 mins a night as well as eat healthily but I m not sure about the classes. Are circuit and step ok to burn fat and if not - which are? Thanks

Yeah, you got the right idea. That will burn the fat. Just keep in mind you will probably gain weight when building up that muscle since its heavier than fat is. But you will look great.Keep your heart rate around 130ish to burn the fat, anywhere higher is more cardio exercising.

If you are really into going to classes, choose a high cardio class. I really recommend a spinning class. It is hard work but it also tones your legs. If you are looking to lose weight you also need to combine weight training in with your cardio workout becuase it will speed up your metabolism. Although that isn t something that will kick in immediately, it will definatly take effect and maintain the work you will be putting in now! Also... you should eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals a day. Focus on lots of proteins, less carbs and starches, and LOTS of water! Best of luck!

I have had AMAZING luck with protein shakes. Just drink one in the morning with toast and peanut butter and drink one right before you go to bed in the night and you will notice the fat will melt away. I have got all my friends doing this to and it really works. The best is pro5 from nutrishop if you have one in your town if not just go to GNC they have good ones to.
