LOTS OF CARDIO

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it s well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It s really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

try walking everywhere that you go, walk to school and to meet your friends ect. you could take up jogging or running, do exercise in your bedroom like sit ups star jumps and press ups and try not to eat the fast food!

cardio. try not to eat so much fast food to

How to lose weight the healthy way? -

I m just wondering on how to lose weight the healthy way, like is there a special diet that doesn t harm you, or anything? I m 13, so I don t want to go on a diet. Any methods of exercising? Thanks! I m 4 11 and 100 pounds.Btw, I jog but not everyday, like every other day, but not much.

You do not need to lose weight. You are at a healthy weight for your height and age. Stop worrying about weight, be a kid, and enjoy life.

Okay her the most effective supposed diet. First off don t think of it as a diet think of it as a new way of life and a new lifestyle in general. Here are the steps:1. Work out everyday doing 3 of these...either jogging, running, push ups, crunches, lunges, etc. Make sure to work on every part of your body. You could for example do 50 crunches a day and 30 push ups and 8 lunges and then do some aerobic work out like running on a tread mill or just jogging in general. You can start off slow at your own pace. Don t over do the work out.2. Eat healthy, don t eat less necessarily. Eat plenty of protein and vegetables, and fruits. Don t eat lots of fried food and sugar, because those have way too much fat in them which will cause you to gain weight over time. A good meal plan would be for example...Breakfast- some toast and 2 eggs scrambled or some healthy cereal like granola, or yogurt, some fruit, etc.Lunch: Something as simple as a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and like a side salad or a banana to go with it.Dinner: Lasagna, not a huge serving, but a decent size. Or a salad or some chicken that s backed but not fried with some cooked vegetable and rice on the side. There are many heathy choices you can choose from. Another key to losing weight is getting enough rest and not having an overly stressed lifestyle. Hope this helped!Good luck!

ok, 2 small servings of fruit, 2 small servings of veggies, good carbs in the mourning like a heathy cereal or oatmeal and lean protien in evening like skinnless boneless chicken, keep it under 1700 calories. eat 6 small meals a day, eat every 3 hours and dont eat anything 4hours before bed and now add all the exercise you can get, preferably something you enjoy like dancing or a sport and you will be fitGOOD LUCK

hey...im 13 also and i am 5`4 and 120 pounds(around) i lose weight the healthy way and this is how... i wake up in the morning and have a healthy breakfast. then i exercise:warm up for 10 minutes. jog.and watever else then i do yoga and i jump on a spot for 3 minutes. i jump 4 times with my legs closed then 4 times with my legs opened. then i turn and face the side and repeat then face the back and repeat then i face the other side and repeat. and turn to the side and repeat and just keep goin. i also take dance class and we do a lot of hard core workout and other running and work in gym. i also use my treadmill, exercise bike, and stair climber and i do tricep and bicep curls i sometimes use my dads elliptical trainer thingy but its weird. then i eat a healthy lunch and supper also. i dont eat a lot of meat basically non but i eat a lot of fruit and veggies. i am very picky!!! just eat healthy and exercise healthily!

Your only 13 so you should not be stressing about it now. Your weight sounds alright based on your age and height!!!But....for the FUTURE, if your weight does become a issue:::Just eat smaller portions, and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. And you should try and jog, run, or walk as much as you can. For example; jog 5 days a week and give your body two days of rest, repeat.

dont worry about dieting at your age. basically, if your school has p.e, participate in it, try to eat a lot of fiber (to fill you up quickly) example: granola bars, cereal, grains etc.,) drink a lot of water (also to fill you quickly and increase your metabolism.)4 11 and 100 pounds is generally a good weight, unless you are very tiny (:

omg100 pounds whats with girls these days that s skinny hunni ur lucky u dont way 200 pounds ur no the one that needs to loose weight but everyone needs to exercise regally for health reasons but the fat kids that eat and maccas and fast food places everyday is the one who needs to loose weight

im 14 and i do soccer and netball. Take up a sport, and a thing that has helped me is to, when your home alone, dance in front of the tv really aggresively but try to make it good and make it up on the spot. And dont have seconds on anything. It helps a lot.

you sound completely healthy, maybe do some crunches every now and again. make sure to eat a good breakfast, but based on your age and weight you don t NEED to lose weight so take it easy, and don t do anything too harsh.

You shouldn t worry too much about your weight. :/ I think your weight is fine. =] But if you really want to lose weight, you should try drinking a lot of water eat healthier food. =]] excerise everyday.

You can do healthy choice. And get extra gum its like the kind they use on biggest loser and everytime you crave a sweet just put a piece of the gum in your mouth its delicious and works great!

Your wait seems fine. But if you eat junk food its better to eat fruit and veggies. Try going to exercise places they help! Anything will work but remember your weight is fine.

yeah i just started jogging u have to schdule every thing thts all best answeroh and eat healthy not a diet just make right choices

try eating an all natural diet just water fruits and veggies that should clense your body and help you loose weighthope it helps

Eat healthy and exercise, not really a mystery

Just avoid fatty food, high in sodium, sugars and other un-healthy things

..umm u dont need to lose any weight first of all..but if u really..wanna lose weight..idk y u wuld..but exercising and eating healthy is the best way to do it

I think your weight is fine.

How to lose weight in 3 months? -

I need to lose weight in 3 months.. what should i do to lose the weight?... what should i eat? and what excercises should i do? please help me lol im new to this .... also i know you have to lose weight all over but im looking to lose weight on my legs mainly ALSO how many pounds will i lose in 3 months? estimate or tell me what you knowthanks !

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

the key to losing weight is burning more calories then you consume. there is really no more to it then that.you dont need to starve or take speed. you just controll you diet. dont get caught up in fads or gimicks either. they are a waste of money.do simple things like ride you bike to the store or school instead of driving or riding. eat a lot of fruits and veg and drink more water.losing about a pound a week is the safe way to go.

dont take snacks and sweets and cakes

Weight loss tips? -

okay so I really need to lose about 5-10 pounds by the end of the summer. I want to do it in a really healthy way (no pills or starvation) but I could use some help :)right now I m getting at least and hour of excersize a day (ussualy more) doing elipticles at the gym, speed walking, doing sit ups, squats and push ups. I eat 3 meals (no sweets, sodas, or junk food), 8 glasses of water and lots of fruits and veggies. I ve been doing this for a couple weeks but I don t look any slimmer (at least I don t think so). any suggestions?I m a 14 year old girl btwthanks a million :)

I think it sounds good, just keep up what you re doing. It can take some time from when you start till you see some results. Maybe you are getting results already, but you just dont see it yourself. It s harder to see on ourselves, but let people tell you if they ve noticed a slimmer you =) It s ok to have a little junk food once in a while, or else you might end up binging which is even worse. But I think you re doing a good job, keep it up. And dont forget to switch up your exercise routine, so your body wont get used to some kind of routine. That way you shock your body too, so it wont hit a plateau =) Good luck! And have a nice summer.

Wow, great start so far love. This question is a hell of a lot smarter than the typical OMG LUZE 20 PAONDS question.Improvements:6 meals a day instead of 3... boosts your metabolism, feel full with less food.More fibre to help with fullness - whole grains instead of white for rice, pasta, cereal, and bread.Switch to lean and vegetarian protein options like nuts, seeds, beans, tofu, chicken, turkey, etc...If you re doing all this and your exercise and not getting results, cut back a little on your food (about 250-300 calories a day) and see if that helps. You have a very realistic goal, a good gameplan, and a lot of knowledge.

Sounds like you are on the right track. but remember it all takes time. But to achieve any weight loss, you really need to excercise and eat an overall healthy diet that consist of complex carbohydrates (whole wheat foods that would be great for fiber and needed nutrients), lean protein to help build muscles and repair your body, and good amounts of fat for energy and needed nutrients the body needs that your body cannot create on its own. By making a few adjustments to your current diet (such as switching to water in place of juice and soda, etc, snacking on fruits and raw veggies instead, chosing whole grain products instead of enriched foods, etc) can also help you to shed some weight (depending on how your current diet is). Also cooking healthier (using a cook spray, switching to olive oil, grilling and steaming more often than pan frying and deep frying, etc.) And to help lessen your sweets consumption, try at least limiting yourself to only 2 or 3 a day. And try having healthier sweets like yogurt, all fruit frozen bars (some are only 90 calories each, and with calories so low, that a treat you could possible have each day), jello, 90 calorie or lower pudding cups, fruit, and low calorie ice cream bars (such as skinny cow, weight watchers, etc.)If you try interval cardio training and some weight lifting/resistance training, not only will you lose weigh, but you will also help your body become more leaner and tone looking and your core will become stronger.Try doing some ab work and don t forget to work out your obliques (your love handles )Also because muscle does weigh more than fat, you may be heavier essentially, but leaner too. Eventually the more muscles you will build, the more weight you can burn. More muscles will help you burn more calories at rest. And then eventually the fat/weight will come off... but everything takes time. Remember, it is possible to be leaner and stronger, but weight more. But don t give up and stay motivated... we all hit plateus. Also remember, that every one is a different individual and that we all lose weight from different places at different times. Your body choses when it is time, just be patience. And please note that if you try to lose a lot of weigh in a short amount of time, your body will really go through some health problems. Some risks could be that your hair may grown thinner, your periods may not be regular anymore (which is not a good thing), and your stomach system will be working slower, etc.Realistically, if you lose weigh the heathy way, then 1 to 2 pounds per week is a reasonable amount per week. Anything more, may be due to water loss or you have decided to go the other route and lose weigh by starving yourself.Remember that the number on the scale doesn t define you... you define you. The scale can t tell you how great you look in your jeans or how you feel... so don t rely so heavily on that scale. Our bodies s weight constantly fluctuates all the time... so it isn t always so reliable.

Does anyone have any idea on how to lose weight while nursing? -

I m nursing my 3 1/2 month old daughter and I m trying to lose some weight but it s not working. I m afraid that my milk production will go down. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do? I am walking for 30 minutes 5 days a week. I have started working again (part time) and have already seen a decrease in my milk production because my daughter isn t eating as often.

Changes in routine may upset the baby s patterns, too. To lose weight, exercise and be sure not to dehydrate (drink plenty of fluids...especially water). That would cause an increased salt flavor to the milk...and may not be as pleasing to the baby. Also see excerpt below:_______When looking after the child while the mother is away, an alternative caregiver may feed the child using expressed breast milk (EBM). Sometimes this may be impractical as the mother must produce and store enough milk to feed the child for the duration of her absence. The alternative caregiver may feel uncomfortable handling breast milk. These two situations may prompt the caregivers to use an alternative feeding method for the child either temporarily or permanently. However, a variety of breast pumps now on the market, both for sale and for rent, make it possible for working mothers to exclusively breastfeed their babies for as long as they wish.Excerpt from fourth source below:_________PERSONAL NOTE: When I was making the decision to or not to breast feed, it was brought to my attention that the foods that the mother consumes will impart flavors unto the milk. Therefore, it is possible that with your new part-time work schedule that you are consuming spicier foods than usual that disagree with what the baby is accustomed to tasting of you. I do not know it for a fact; however, it was reported to me as a fact. Chickens will actually impart flavors onto their eggs if the concentrations are high enough. In a guide to raising them, it stated that onions or garlic should not supplement their diet for that same reason. I suppose in time ... we could have flavored eggs if the market were developed.Keep it plain, Mom....keep it plain.

You might want to get a pump and express some of your milk. This kept my production up and helped the weight come off. Plus it felt REALLY good to get those things completely drained out!!

It s best not to stress about this. Did you know that breast feeding an infant burns up to 2000 calories a day in itself? I found that as long as I kept my fluids up, ate a balanced diet with plenty of fruit, vege and carbs for my energy levels - the weight came off naturally. One thing you can do is reduce your fat intake - eg use low fat spreads etc. It s early days yet after your pregnancy to be loosing weight. Also, if you can, its important to have a rest during the day. Breast feeding is a supply and demand situation - the more your baby nurses - the greater your milk supply will be.

Hi you sound like you are doing all the right things , just have lean protien plenty of vegies and fruit , drink plenty of fluids a vitamin recommended by your chemist will help ,also a breast pump will help you produce more milk because your body will think it has to make more you can freeze it for when you want to go out , good luck with your baby
