How can I lose weight?...fast? -

I m 5 8 and 140/45 lbs.I think somethings wrong.When I look in the mirror, I don t see anything I want to be.I m a model.I want and I need to look and feel much better than how its going right now.How can I lose weight fast for my upcoming runway in 4 weeks?

drink alot of water it speeds up your metotabilzim (can t spell) and eat alot of fresh fruit. fruit is a natural laxitive. and from what you say you weight now it sounds like the right weight. i heard that if your bmi is less than 17.5 most modeling companies will not accept you. so don t drop to much good luck.

Ok don t listen to that guy who said don t eat and drink waterif you starve yourself the weight will be even harder to take off. so remember: you have to eat yourself skinny instead of starving yourself fat. Eat lean meats, chicken breast is always good.Lots of veggies and fruitsexcercise about 30 minutes to an hour every other day and then move it to every day once your body gets used to itonly drink water with everything (no soda regardless of whether its diet or not)hope i helped :)

i drink about 5 cups of water every day and take 30min walk every morning and have been watching my calories but i have only been doing this for 3 days and i was hoping i would have at lest lost 2 pounds but nothing still164.8 i wont to lose weight fast can anyone help me?

run...run everyday instead of walking, just run a mile, or less than a mile, but running helps with loseing weight really fast...:)

went from 125 to 110 in a month.lots of diet pills. stress. and slimquick cleanse, that stuff cleans you out. xenadrine works for me. dont eat much.
